We appreciated that when installation day came, he swung by to ensure all was going well. Oh, how did the installation go? It was fantastic. I have made multiple calls and repeated follow-ups, only to be sent around in circles trying to get someone to actually address the problem. I should NOT have to beg a company to inspect a roof that THEY replaced just over a year ago. Today is August 27, 2026, and I am STILL waiting for someone to have the basic decency to call me back and properly follow up on my complaint. This is completely unacceptable. What makes this experience even more infuriating is how different the customer service was when they wanted my business. They were quick to contact me, quick to sell me a new roof, and quick to get the contract signed. But once there is a problem and I need them to stand behind their work, suddenly getting a response becomes nearly impossible. That is not what I consider customer service. That is not what I consider standing behind your work. I am not asking them to blindly approve a warranty claim. For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Highly recommended.
