On a Sunday, Tabitha, helped us and got everything arranged for our trailer to be towed to our final destination. She had a tow scheduled already and made arrangements to make it happen for us. The tow truck driver cut us off in traffic, then proceeded to stop his truck and let 30+ cars go in front of him. As he did this, he was flipping us off and yelling. He threw his car into park multiple times and started to get out of his car, as if he wanted a fight. This was directly after the Indy 500, when no cars were moving. But desperate times call for desperate measures, so against my better judgment I decided to give them a try anyway. I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Their towing fee for taking my vehicle from my driveway to the dealer (a distance of approximately 10 miles) was comparable to cost quotations I had acquired from other wreckers serving Hendricks County. Moreover, I was quite surprised when they arrived at my home earlier than expected, and their technician, John Chandler, was very courteous, professional and understanding of my wants and needs. Zore's signed a contract with our hoa over a controversial parking rule. They are towing vehicles parked in front of houses parked on county owned streets. There are no signs stating that there is no parking and giving time restrictions. The rules were created by the hoa backed by an ambiguous covenant that was created when the streets were privately maintained by the hoa. I have used Zore's in the past, but will not use them until they stop this questionable contract. read more

I received a ticket for parking in My driveway barely touching the grass with my front tire, questioned the management team on why I was singled out, but you have plenty of vehicles with expired plates and vehicles that have been abandoned, I was told everyone is treated the same, and that was a lie. My vehicle was towed by this company last week. This was my first and last time using this company. They towed my vehicle to the destination I wanted but when they dropped it off they left the passenger side window down and my keys in the seat out in the open. They also left my vehicle unlocked and left grease all over my driver's side door and thought it was ok like that. I spefically told the driver to lock my keys in the vehicle as i had a spare and the driver confirmed as well. I will never reccomend this place to anyone. I was also quoted a price over the phone for my tow and it was also on the paper the driver brought bht ag the last minute the driver changed the price. 11/12/2022 Been going here for years and it's sadly gone downhill more and more each visit. Lazy and rude employees led by an incompetent manager. Today I took in over 5 thousand pounds, even unloaded it all and was asked to drag an entire car frame with the rear axle attached 10-15ft to the side because the employee claimed to have no one to help her position it onto the bucket of the loader. I offered to help but apparently I'm not allowed, but was made to move it everywhere else.. All the while there were 3 employees playing on their phones in the office, and only stepping outside for quick smoke breaks. So I move it and spent 40 minutes unloading the trailer in the snow while all employees watched. Except for the industrial drilling saw that weighed to much for me to move. Once I go in the office I was asked to put the car frame back on the trailer, and that they weren't taking it because their warehouse is an embarrassing mess. They didn't want to mess with taking it to the scale, it was a new employee that expressed she was unable to move things without assistance. I was admittedly aggravated at that point. I offered to clean their mess for them, I offered to just call it 100lbs so I didn't have to take it back, even though it was at least 400lbs or more. One employee said that was fine then another said it was not fine. I asked why they were open and offering a service that they were refusing to provide due to pure laziness and not wanting to be out in the snow. The "manager" told me to wait outside in the snow for my payment while he helped customers that were behind me in line, while other employees mumbled insults I could barely hear. I was attempting to deescalate the situation but was threatened with not getting my payment and having to load everything back. So I just stepped out, and let him have his little power trip/temper tantrum. Once I came back inside the manager quickly shuffled to his little office and I received 193.36$ for over 5000lbs, with many other specific electrical scrap, radiators, and electrical motors that were not accounted for. I asked the employee "what are we doing with the frame" upon which she shrugged her shoulders and said "I don't know". They did not count it on the ticket and I couldn't load it own my own and they refused to help so I left and let them steal it pretty much just to not have any further conflict with these clearly distraught miserable employees who were mad at me for expecting them to provide a service they offer. Seems like they have a lot of personal issues about their life and career choice, it was a very depressing and pitiful environment. I didn't even care about them ripping me off, I was just ready to leave and never return. This, unfortunately is the only time in my life I've left a bad review but I feel it's much deserved. I recorded the whole interaction from start to finish, I feel it's deserved to expose the incompetence to the head office and show the embarrassing state of that shop but I'm also a pretty laid back person that doesn't like to cause issues with anyone. I'm still debating on what course of action to take. Any employee that may happen to see this is more than welcome to contact me if you're able to have a mature adult conversation about the very poor service that you all provided today and possibly get to better terms. I called zores to tow my tow truck and they tore the driveway up, tore up a tree in the yard, and when I got to the location my truck was towed to I noticed they hit something while towing my truck. I called repeatedly to have them fix the damages and they gave me the run-around for over a month before they finally contacted me back. They offer me way less than all the damages was worth so I refused to take it. They turned it over to they're insurance company that never contacted me so I'm assuming they never even reached out to the insurance company. Horrible experience and I highly wouldn't recommend any use them unless they want their property damaged as well. 0 stars terrible business read more

I used Zore's towing service, they took everything of value from my glove box and the console of my truck. They even took gift certificates to restaurants in Ft. Wayne... I went in to recycle cans and when I asked where to go because i had never been before, and the signs are poorly marked she interrupted me in the middle of me talking and then after she finished saying what she walked away from me in the middle of my sentence. where to begin. Zores towed my car after a wreck on 465, the tow cost $265, which is outrageous to begin with. They then tried to scam me into storage fees by telling me the state police had towed my car and had a 'hold' on my car. upon calling them 7 times they continued to tell me there was a hold on my car. finally i called indiana state police and inquired as to when the hold would be lifted, and they happily informed me there was no hold on my car, ever. after about an hour of arguing with the front desk guy at zores they dropped the $900 storage fee they tried to charge me. and to my surprise scrapped my totaled car for $250. thanks for everything, zores. read more

The tow truck driver was very friendly, and that is the only positive thing to say about Zore's a towing! First there is confusion about which building to go to. The one clearly labeled is not the right building, it is the one next to it. Then the guy at the front desk is RUDE! He sneezed on his hand then asked for my ID. When I asked him to sanitize his hands first, he rolled his eyes at me and told me I'd have to wait (even though there was sanitizer next to him). He then proceeded to leave me waiting while he made a couple phone calls, all because I didn't want his snot on my ID! I have been in customer service for 25 years and I work for the state of Indiana. NEVER in my years of dealing with people weather it be a stressful transaction or a mundane one, have I EVER treated a customer the way your cashier acted towards me. She laughed at me, over emphasizeing the fact that she was holding back the laughter because I'm afraid of dogs. They have a big black dog that roams free in the customer service area. I told them Im afraid if dog and I don't like them. As i went to leave the really big lady that sits closest to the door laughed again and yelled tell her bye tasha or whatever the dogs name was. i told her she was rude and I was reporting her to the owner. she laughed at me again and yelled have a nice day... WAVING HER HANDS saying BYYEEEEE. Never ever would I treat a customer this way. I would have been immediately fired and escorted off the property where i am employed. Horrible place! My son was involved in an accident and the state police called this place to tow his car we had no choice. We are from another state. Rude customer service - Asked to speak to the owner several times and never was able to! He had to pay with a credit card to get car out and to a body shop and then his card had charges on it that he did not make! Never had a problem with the card before they got his card number. It took us over a month to get the license plate (only ever got one) back because it had the sticker on it and was valid for another 6 months. Never would I ever recommend this place to ANYONE! The back bumper with the license plate did not even get sent to the body shop with the car.... guess they thought they could scrap or sell the bumper and maybe use the plates who knows. read more

It was about 15 miles from where we were at and an hour goes by and they are still not here. I called back to see if they were on their way and they said it would take another hour or so.
