I ask operative on golf cart in rental complex (seemed like an employee and person of authority) if I could unhitch, park boat secured on trailer with accessories, in non parked tennis court area, while I shuttle to unit 471, a handicapped space. It rained. I shuttled three days, to include a weekend for invalid person of meals recipient. I did notice posted signs. Towed! At towing location, I was informed that tow service redemption fee was for two items. A contrived, predatory practice, stating the fee was doubled based on a boat, secured to a trailer; hence two items $ 340 plus for each and $ 40/day per item. When I presented a credit card to pay trailer redemption fee: operative refused card (Amex), would not accept card with an offer to pay 3% handling fee (based on I have no other card). Also stated I had to redeem both trailer and boat, & an integral of the " rig" not one or the other, because they were integrally an item.
