Several positives and negatives here! We made a reservation for a Saturday dinner around 5:30 (totally unnecessary as it was empty!). Our server was really nice, however, forgot to bring us our appetizer, told us the jalapeño drink wasn't very spicy (it was), and our dinner took over two hours. We waited forever for our drinks, our food, and soooo long for our bill we asked the bartender if we could just pay up with him. The drinks were not the best, to be honest. I've had way better... disappointed as this was supposed to be their "thing". The ultimate blt was nothing special at all. The chicken sandwhich was phenomenal. The pasta was delicious! The string French fries were good! Ps the statue in the corner needs cleaned. :)

This review is for the holiday tea event. The dining area was decorated lovely and they had an amazing soprano saxophone player that sounded just like Kenny G. Loved the ambiance. They poured us a glass of champagne when we sat down and asked for our tea order. That's when the fun turned into A LOT of work. One of us was pescatarian and that provided a level of complication that the wait staff was unable to deal with. After multiple people at our table and multiple attempts to rectify an apparently troubling situation for them, they FINALLY were able to serve us. I must say the food was delicious when it was finally served but unfortunately the experience was negatively affected by the poor service.

This little restaurant is attached to the hotel Arista and is a perfect place to grab a bite or cocktail if you're staying at the hotel . They had a wide variety of cocktails - I tried the spicy margarita which was indeed very spicy . We ordered a few things and I have to say I can't say enough about the chicken sandwich ! If you're going to order anything let it be that! Our service was a bit slow and we had to eventually ask the bar to check out there as our server never returned ! Otherwise we had a pleasant experience

The place is nice been a few times and usually the bartenders are nice. Today, me and some friends went in for a drink after work and the bartender named Brooke started making false claims that we called her a "white surburban b*tch" in front of all the guests in the restaurant. We never called her anything. It was completely out of nowhere. We asked her for her manager and we never got any assistance. We were told the manager was somewhere else across the street at the grill is what the bartender told us. It was an awful experience and embarrassing. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I think something they can do to minimize this is to have wait times for when your party can arrive or be more strict about how many people they let in at once. Things that are unique about this spot is the ambiance and the iron branch-like artwork on the walls and throughout the bar. It's a cool atmosphere when the lights are dimmed as they have fun colored up-lighting to set the mood. There's a little outdoor bar called "the shanty" and it is the best spot to be if you visit in the summer. The DJ is usually always spot on for the crowd; usually a mix of modern EDM and early 2000's hip hop throwbacks. The dance floor is small but was packed. There is a semi-private table area by the bar that you can reserve for a group party. If you ever are planning to come here for a birthday or any type of celebration I'd recommend you reserve this table/booth area so your group has a place to sit or at least stand. You also get a server assigned to your table! Like I mentioned, on a busy Friday or Saturday night, this place is packed shoulder to shoulder like a college bar. If that's the scene you're looking for, you're in the right spot! They should staff at least 6 bar tenders for the influx of people but they only have two or three tops. You can tell they are hardworking bartenders but it is impossible to serve that many people. The women's bathroom was rough. It's small and there's hardly any room to wait inside or outside the bathroom. Because the place is so crowded, I got bumped and spilled on multiple times just standing outside the bathroom door. The garbage was overflowing and something from the ceiling was dripping and of course landing on me. Maybe it was a rough night for them to keep up overall but this experience wasn't what I had in mind to help a dear friend celebrate her birthday.

Modern decor with same size rooms, that said, the King room had a much more comfortable bed/mattress as well the smaller sofa vs chair made for a better lounge experience. Safe and mini fridge were standard with an impressive Gym. Various spa/massage options were available. In the not necessary but cool nevertheless category was a bathroom mirror TV. Also, liked the separate areas for shower and toilet. Another plus was the choice of restaurants attached to the Hotel-Zorba's lounge, Che Gita and Arista Cafe. We only got to try Arista and enjoyed the coffee. They have a good size lounge area with TV and workspace. Parking at their garage is complimentary and there was usually a spot open in the parking area in front of the hotel. Close to the downtown Naperville/West suburbs and about 50 minutes to Fulton market which worked for our trip. Service was friendly and engaged-Kelly helped with making our room change as smooth as possible given they were sold out of our original room type. They also have a car service for rides 10-15 minutes from the Hotel. Overall, solid option for a stay in the West Suburbs.
