This store is completely scamming customers. We were promised a very clear plan: two lines with new iPhones at $45/month and three lines without phones at $15/month. The total should have been around $190+tax. Instead, every month my bill has been over $250, and for two months it was over $400. On top of that, the store manager, Anthoney, personally promised us a $350 rebate face to face. It's been four months and we have received nothing. Every time we go back, they just give us excuses and no real solution. Never trust what their salespeople tell you. Once you see your bill, you will realize this store is nothing but a scam We are completely tired of dealing with this store's lies. We will be filing formal complaints against them. If you don't want to waste your time and money because of phone issues, stay far away from this location - they are a fraudulent store that cheats customers.
