I'm even happier with our choices today than when we first installed them. Kiersten at Chown Hardware in Bellevue was incredibly patient throughout the selection process. She knows the products, listened to what we wanted, and never pushed us toward the most expensive option. Instead, she recommended thoughtful upgrades only when they truly made sense for our project, and every one of those recommendations has proven to be worth it. You also can't know everything about every single item available. If there was something she needed to do deeper divan, she would let us know and do that we could really trust her. The showroom has an excellent selection, but it's the knowledgeable, honest guidance that really sets Chown apart.
