I dropped off a machine to get a diagnoses for free and was told it'll take up to 7 business days. 7 days past and i haven't received a call. i gave them another week as maybe it was something they couldn't figure out and needed more time. two weeks went by and still no call. i thought enough was enough and went to go pick it up just to find out that they went out on vacation for a whole week. going on vacation is fine, but you really couldn't give me a call to pick up my stuff? once i went to go pick it up they handed it to me as if it was nothing, so basically they never called even though they could have and the worst part was them telling me my machine works perfectly fine. i can tell all they did was plug it in and see if turns on, because all you would have to do is press the power button to see that you aren't able to turn it off or on with the power button. please save your time read more

I took my vintage Marantz 4400 receiver to Andrey after the other guys said they likely couldn't fix it. It's a rarer older model that's hard to work on. It was in rough shape with so many issues. I have a macbook that had incredibly bloated batteries. While Apple had my model under recall, they said I wasn't eligible. Further, Apple doesn't do this repair, and requires you give them your laptop for up to two weeks (5-10 business days, I was told), which was untenable, as I use my laptop daily for work. Losing it would be losing my income for that duration. Andrey quoted a price that was incredibly reasonable (below Apple's quote, and *well* below the other outfits in town that would perform the service at 2x-4x of Apple's price), and what was even better, he was incredibly flexible on when I'd drop it off and pick it up. He told me just bring it by in the morning after he'd received the replacement parts, and I'd pick it up later that afternoon. To put it briefly, he was done in two hours for a job that everyone else quoted 4 hours minimum, perhaps needing it overnight. He also showed me the bloated batteries that had been making my laptop's case bow out, crazy that Apple didn't think them defective, but Andrey/Fixtoget saved me days of time and a lot of money. No hesitation in recommending him for future laptop/electronic repair. Very glad I found his business. read more

This place is great! I messaged them through their website about my 9 year old Vizio tv not turning on at all. I had a response within a day offering to have me bring the tv in for a look. No diagnostic fees or anything! I dropped the tv off on a Monday afternoon and they contacted me the next day to let me know the problem. They had to order a part for the tv but it was fixable and far less expensive than buying a new tv. I waited the 3-5 business days for the new part to arrive so they could replace it.
