We unfortunately did not enjoy the pizza and wings we ordered from here. We asked for NY style crust for the pizza and we got thin crust. The BBQ boneless wings look like they threw the barbecue sauce on last minute. I feel like they could have coated and tossed them in the sauce. The pizza is good, but they are not good at keeping up with their advertised pricing. For example, the current brochures stacked on their counter show the price of a 14" deluxe pizza ax $14.99, and their web site menu indicates the same price. However, tonight I was charged $15.99, and was told that "....there must have been a price increase", and "....there's a new system, and there's nothing I can do." I told the person that they had better get rid of those brochures right away, and fix the web site. How hard can it be, to order new brochures and fix the site before you make price changes effective? the food is alright, the staff is average, but the kitchen is an absolute mess. There is scraps of food everywhere. But I'm here to talk about working here. The supervisor for the kitchen is a jerk who bosses you around and doesn't do anything. The front girls are nice and hopefully all the staff you'll interact with. If you are a boy working here, then you can only be a cook in the back. If you're a girl, then you can only work in the front. Honestly kinda sexist. I'm from up north were you'll find some of the best pizza. Since moving down south it has been terrible finding good pizza besides commercial pizza (Pizza Hut, papa johns, dominos, etc.) well I moved here to GA a few weeks ago and decided to try Zoner's. Ummm basically it was the best decision because they have that pizza that I'm use to from up north, unlike commercial pizza. They have gluten free pizza which is good; tastes like normal pizza. Zoner's in Springfield is one of the better pizza places in the area but not necessarily for their pizza. The staff are polite and helpful, it's a pizza place so we usually just take it to go. When we order we typically get the wings because my wife loves them, the pizza isn't bad but it's not great either; they have a $5 taco pizza Tuesday and I highly recommend that for the value. The wing flavors are confusing but of the ones I've tried I don't dislike any and personally recommend the bourbon BBQ. read more

Pro tip: if you don't zip around and cut off the home owner on their street to pull into their driveway before they can, leaving them on the street to wait for you to deliver the pizza and pull away, maybe the NY Style pizza wouldn't arrive looking like this. Zoner's pizza is awesome! They use really fresh, high quality ingredients. I think that the quality of the ingredients makes the prices well worth it. Typically really good. Maybe the pizza is better than the Calzones! Ordered two..for me and the wife. They were delivered quickly and driver was very professional. Problem was the calzones had almost no toppings in them. Paid the extra to have pepperoni and mushrooms in mine and the wife got Italian Sausage. Both calzones had little to no toppings. Great pizza and calzones. Ordered a large calzone one day and it was huge! Easily 2 meals there. Super tasty, they put only ingredients in it that were requested. My wife is allergic to black (white) pepper (anything potentially hot) and she can eat the calzone, but not the pizza. My only complaint is that they're not open earlier in the day. read more

Every time my family and I order from this place there is an issue and I hate it because they are the only pizza place that delivers to my house. One example, I ordered a soda with our pizza and they forgot it so they told me that they would put it in the system saying that they owe me a soda. About a month later I order from them again and tell them that I would like the soda from the previous order that they forgot and they said ok they would add that to the order for no extra charge, then they forgot it again and said that they would keep it in the system that they still owe me a soda. About a month later I order from them again and try to get the soda and they said that I was lying and they never owed me a soda, which I had paid for the first time I ordered a few months back! That is just one example! My family eats a lot of pizza and like I said they are the only ones that deliver to us but after everything I would not waste my time or money on them.
