Made an online order for pick up, was missing 6 sauces and biscuits. Gotten 2 large wedges as well but the container for them wasn't even filled up half way. my moms sick, so she comes to kfc because she can't cook anything atm and she orders 1 meal before she can even finish what she's saying a guy cuts her off and says " Mamn if your order is gonna be larger than it is than I advise you to come inside to order but this is the end of ur order." mind u she wasn't even getting the biggest meal at all she was just gonna get 2 sides and he had an attitude with it too. We walked in with 6 people that have not been to KFC in a while. Zeb helped us and was patient while trying to help us save money. My wife used to own a KFC back in the day and she loved to see such a great first impression. Food was great, came out quick and accurate! Worst service ever! They take your order, you pay. Then they ask you to pull around to the front. 10 cars later we are all waiting on food. They continue to take orders. At one point an employee comes out to ask for our receipts then goes back inside. Now we have to continue to wait. 30 plus minutes later I ask for a refund so I can go somewhere else and they refuse to provide a receipt showing proof of the refund. The manager is maybe 18 and way over her head. I will never be back, in fact probably never go to another KFC. And the money never showed up in my account which I am sure is in someone's pocket. This evening, September 15, 2020, a police officer ordered at the drive thru at the KFC in Rincon, Georgia. When he pulled up to the window several of the on duty employees inside the store cursed and ridiculed him. I fully expect this matter to be dealt with swiftly and publicly by corporate officials. I used the KFC app and ordered ahead for pickup. I arrived early, so didn't expect my order (rather large order) to be ready. The staff were friendly and courteous. I was offered a drink while I waited and my order was ready and complete before my scheduled pickup time. I'm pretty sure there were extra biscuits in my order, too (thank you!)!
