I ordered on the app. It was there waiting ahead of time. Enjoyed the subs, will be back for more.

I had a group of 60 today that I had to feed. I tried Baldino's in Rincon, GA. I had a hard time figuring out how what size sub I needed from the description on the website but when I called and talked to Sargio, he was so patient with me even though I had a hard time with his accent. We had the All American Sub and the Italian Sub and it was delicious!! The bread was so fresh and soft, the meat was wonderful and they were so generous with the condiments that I had put on the side! They were so pleasant to work with and what a great surprise to have everything perfect! And to see that he really cared to get it right. Everyone enjoyed their subs and I was a happy camper. I went through EZCater.com and they were really helpful too. It's unusual to get good customer service these days. Such a nice surprise! read more

This place really depends on who you get that's making your food. Usually decent quick sandwich shop but also have had bad experiences where we came in 2+ hrs before closing and the sandwiches we got literally just had meat, no cheese, veggies, or sauces, when we ordered hot sandwiches that should've included all the above. On the other hand, usually the day time crew is pretty on point with what they produce and are a lot nicer. read more

This Jersey Mike's always does such an awesome job. The restaurant is clean. The staff is amazing - the service is quick and they're very friendly. The sandwiches are always made perfectly. They never get my order wrong! My go-to is the turkey I'm always hesitant to get oil and vinegar because other locations make it so messy. Not here, it's perfect! read more

As an experienced sub/grinder aficionado, apart from a NY Deli, Jersey Mike's fare is delicious, well made and hefty enough in contents to call your own. I did, and will continue to do so, favored above the others and even better than I could do at home due to fresh bread and almost every topping you can think of. (No anchovies though!....kidding!) Fast, convenient, clean and served up by nice, well trained and attentive kitchen staff! Well done! read more

Visited on their grand opening. The store was PACKED but the workers were killing it and were doing a great job getting everyone in and out. We ordered ahead online and got exactly what we ordered on the time promised in spite of the fact that the store was overwhelmed with customers. Food was fresh and tasted fantastic, I will be back for sure. read more

we stop to buy some Italian sub , an have the unpleasant experience, costumer service is terrible I am asking if is possible to cut the sub and give me another bag and the girl have Attitude , plus the store was Dirty outside in the dining, the woman bathroom no have toilets paper and no paper towel in man room I don't understand why we have to give tips for bad service. I like the tuna on rosemary bread it's the best and there chocolate chip cookies are to die for!

Food isn't bad but the customer service is horrible. I do not know names but I can describe the people. The older ( I say older because the others were high school at best) people working there the ones with the blue hair and other colored hair were not friendly at all. They talked to the younger staff there like they are compete idiots. I've been twice and have seen it both times. They ARE NOT FRIENDLY at all. The "Hello welcome" sounded forced. The blue haired lady came out and gave the other lady there a look of "like why are these people still coming in". For such a new place in a smaller town y'all would think there would be better customer service because this town won't visit y'all if you're rude. I won't be back. I'd rather drive a few more miles to subway or Baldinos. The area they make the sandwiches was filthy and looked like it had not been wiped off all day. Crumbs everywhere. Twice now we have gone to the Jersey Mike's in Rincon and again they can't seem to get it right. A $23 sandwich on rock hard bread that is a waste of our money. Called to let the manager know they are messing up and she couldn't care less and offered no solution. Will not be going back. read more

Me being pregnant I asked the employee if I could have my meat heated up due to Listeria Disease. If anyone doesn't know when pregnant your suppose to heat up all lunch meat due to this affecting baby's brain. Employee was very rude & looking at me like I was crazy. I let her know this isn't the first time I have come here and nobody has ever given me issues before regarding this. The employee laughed saying well we aren't allowed to do that. I simply said well like I said I am pregnant and I need it heated please. Taylor the manager then looked at me knowing whom I was and said yeah we aren't suppose to but you are pregnant so we will go ahead and do that. I have never had this issue before regarding this place until now. To the lady that was very rude and laughed needs to be trained in customer service. The customer is ALWAYS right. I shouldn't have been questioned about me actually being pregnant. read more
