I went to pick up the order. I arrived at 3:02pm. I was informed by an employee who was leaving that they closed at 3:00pm and our order had been canceled. I asked why we were not notified. His response was that it was not his responsibility. To add insult to injury, we were charged for the order and had to dispute the charge with our bank. Baldinos has lost a loyal customer.
