Not the best huddle house I've been to. The staff were preoccupied with a lot of things other than those there to order. The food also came out and it just wasn't fresh. Under Uber Eats, Huddle House shares a restaurant called Papa Corazón, I ordered some loaded tater tots and I received a thrown together tray that they charged me 6 dollars for. They said they were in the same building under different management. But if I look up this restaurant on the internet it has a stable website separate from Huddle House, but Huddle House was serving there food. I do not recommend. read more

I came here to huddle house with my best friend and grandma. It's really a nostalgic place for me so I come a lot. Food was very good, as always. A little piece of wood in my mozzarella sticks, very... concerning, but they were very good overall. Service spectacular, waitress was very very nice. (Young girl, don't know her name.) the place wasn't clean, seats were a bit nasty but were kinda used to it now... I ordered a omelet and they got it a bit wrong, but everything else came out nice and good! read more

Not too bad! So, I only eat at these type places maybe 3-4 times a year, but I have to say, their dinner choices are not to bad. I ordered their chef salad was pretty good. It was a full plate and had enough meat on it to satisfy my appetite. My son had the philly cheese omelet and ordered a side of tater tots with cheese and bacon ( for my granddaughter). His omelet looked yummy and I confess, I stole a few of the baby's tater tots. The waitress was very nice and came by several times to check on us and talk with my granddaughter. Good service, great breakfast. MVP is my favorite. It has some of everything. Surroundings are average but it's a great place to eat.

My husband n I went for brunch today. I have been here before but this time I was very disappointed. We both got eggs over easy n hash browns. My eggs were terrible n I just couldn't eat them. The whites were nasty not cooked yet eggs were dark on outside. I didn't eat the food at all. My husband's was ok but he said he wouldn't go back. Coffee was good. The waitress was very nice n asked if I was finished eating. I told her I didn't try to eat as it was just so nasty looking. I just can't eat eggs with runny whites. They never took anything of the bill n no apologies. The receipt also had a 59 cents charge added for something to do with Supply chain adjustment. Slipped this small amount into the bill before tax. People probably won't even notice the added money even small amounts add up with each customer. read more

My waitress acted like she couldn't understand my request for chewy bacon which I repeated three times and she clearly still didn't get it because she put in for limp bacon. She was loud and obnoxious. The most frustrating thing was that she kept stopping and asking "Do you want more coffee?" and "Do you want me to take this?" A good waitress would take empty without asking and would keep the coffee cup full, instead of continuing to stop and screech questions that need not be asked. Really unpleasant to eat there with her service. read more

Clean. Very busy! Great food! Cheap place to eat! Good customer service. This is a nice little place to eat especially in the morning. Expect it to be packed though if you are not a early bird. I think they need to expand their restaurant. read more

That worst service I have ever received. The Springfield location I do not recommend to anyone to eat there. Due to I order a simple meal there on a Saturday morning ordered a "Big Breakfast " which is three eggs, three bacon strips, hash browns and a biscuit simple enough. But yet the staff could not get it right! I had to ask for my hash browns bc the server neglected to bring it with my food and didn't even mention had to show her the menu where I was suppose to receive with my meal and brought undercooked bacon that could not be eaten. But yet the server asked me 4 times if I wanted more coffee. After I had told her 4 times no thank you! They can't get orders right will never go back there and wasted my money again! So was in there eating and not only does the service stink but management is apparently screwing over their employees. Several employees are heard fussing about being forced to work off the clock. Management sharing personal information about employees without consent. Management lying to customers as well as employees while you are sitting there trying to eat. The food maybe decent but with all the major laws being broken and the drama in the place it makes it a very uncomfortable place to try and enjoy your food. read more
