On Saturday 7/4, my self and a group of people (party of 10) go. Three people from the party walk to secure seats for us. They were asked how many in the party to which they replied 10/11. The host states I have to talk to my manager about that. Mind you there were maybe 5 cars in the parking lot and a party of 10/12 people was walking out as they were walking in. The host goes to the back, the manager (I'm assuming) peeps out with a funky look on her face. The host comes back out stating they can't accommodate us because they let a server go home. Mind you again a party of 10/12 people was leaving when they walked in. Leaving after being served, not turned away because a server was sent home. The nasty look from the manger, the attitude from the host and the whole ordeal was disgusting honestly. I'll never spend another dime here. And don't get me wrong I understand being short staffed or sending someone home early cause you're slow on a holiday but I've NEVER seen an established refuse a party for that reason, they accommodate the guest and push through. I had the best experience at Ruby Tuesdays! Our server, Riley was so attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable about any questions my elderly mother had about the menu. someone needs to take the salt shaker away from the chef. I asked for NO salt. could barely eat the fries they were so salty and tough. my mother didn't eat her rice pilaf because it was so salty. it was Mother's Day so did not show out. but I was very disappointed for mom. read more

Food: a lot of variety and their salad bar is amazing. Beets are great but I know not all are fans. Broccoli salad, potato salad and all the fixings instead of just lettuce, tomatoes n dressing make me a fan as I'm not normally a tossed salad guy. Service: almost always a different wait staff here but they always work with you and are polite. Ambiance: love the bar when I am dining alone. Typical Ruby Tuesday beyond that. read more

The service was really good. You could tell that everything they cooked was from frozen. We were a party of 8 for lunch. The only fresh food was the salad bar. I ordered a hamburger remembering the last one I'd eaten at Ruby Tuesdays years before was good. It's hard to ruin a hamburger the Pattie's were small and cooked beyond done. I would give this place 1 star if possible. DO NOT order curbside as they don't monitor vehicles for pick up. you wait 30 minutes past your pick up time only to have to go in store to actually get your food. and as you are standing in the store you get attitude from the greeter as if it's your fault they don't honor curbside arrivals. Then once they actually come out with your food they attempt to walk past you to now take it outside! mind you the store was not busy at all. 3 staff leaning on the bar taking, a greeter standing there doing nothing and only 3 cars in parking lot at 1230 on a Satruday, May 24, 2025. needless to say cold food that has been sittting for 30 minutes is absurd! never again. Haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday's in a lifetime. We walked in and it smelled musty, with some Clorox undertones. We were invited to go with a group of friends. So not necessary first choice. After being received by the hostess, who was cheery and pleasant, we were seated at a table for 12. I was excited to try to salad bar. I guess by now I'm used to the smell. The salad bar was clean and organized. I made myself the classic spinach salad. I ordered the all you can eat salad and twin sliders with bacon. I will give the salad a great rating 5 stars because I made it myself. But they had the ingredients, so RT gets a star. The sliders were hard discs, they get 1 star, doused in ketchup they slid down okay. Oh they came with tater tots, haven't had tater tots in forever either... So all in all the three stars is all I can come up with. I don't need another trip to visit Ruby Tuesday ever again!!! I understand why their are so few still in business. This Ruby Tuesdays has, apparently, had time to deal with some wear issue in the restaurant. The indise of the restaurant looks much better. As to their menu, the "Pandemic" has caused most restaurants to change what they offer. Nevertheless, our meals at Ruby Tuesdays are as theyve always been: Superb! What draws my lady to Ruby Tuesdays is the salad bar, which not only is probably the freshest because of its setup, but had always had the widest variety of items with whixch she (and sometimes even me) were able to build our own salads with. For our entrees, she gets the salmon, always delicious, and i get a hunk a'beef. Nuff said. The management here has worked real hard to make their customers feel welcome. read more

Was in Statesboro Georgia on Thanksgiving and was one of the only restaurant open. Had the rib eye steak baked potato and Mac n cheese. Food was cooked perfect and staff was very friendly and polite. Will definitely be back when ever I'm back in town. read more

We returned to the Ruby Tuesday in Statesboro after a less than stellar experience recently but the great manager made it right so we saw a deal come across our phone for crab legs and 6 oz ribeye with a coupon code for $19.99. we ordered this for each of us from our phone display and showed the coupon code to our waiter. My steak was ordered MW but came out bleeding on my plate. I sent it back and when it came back it was still red inside and wasn't even hot. Both our steaks looked like they were microwaved and not even seared on the grill. We stopped our waiter and asked if we could have our check and a to go box because the steaks were full of fat and gristle and weren't fit to eat. He said he would take our bill and see what his manager would do about it. He brought the bill out and said the manager took 25% off the bill. When we looked at the bill, the waiter didn't use the coupon code we gave him upon arrival which was 23% the regular price anyway. He went back to the manager who said it's one or the other you can't have a coupon code and then me take off extra for the steak. We have had major problems trying to use any coupon code put out by Ruby Tuesdays so lesson learned #1 don't go there expecting to use a coupon code effectively and #2 don't order a steak from there. Go to a real steakhouse if you want a decent steak. read more

The food has a history of being inconsistent; sometimes it's pretty good, sometimes it's pretty bad. This last visit was bad enough that I won't be back for a long time. I ordered the Four Way sampler and I am still amazed that cheese sticks can be prepared so as to have no flavor at all. The chicken nuggets also had no flavor, joined by the tater tots. How do you cover tater tots in (already somewhat shiny and congealed queso) that doesn't taste like anything? Only the pickle fries had some flavor, but I couldn't call it a good flavor. A sauce was missing from the plate as well, but the ones there were just an overly sweet sort of bland. My biggest complaint is that they even messed up the dessert. The Chocolate Fall Cake had two golf ball-sized scoops of ice cream, a single dollop of whipped cream way in the back of the glass (so not on any of the actual dessert), and the cake and fudge was so dry I had to struggle to swallow it; the fudge had a particularly not-quite-rubber but stiff quality, like it had been left out awhile in the open air. Copious amounts of whipped cream and the crushed Oreo cookies were missing entirely. There was almost sauce on it. Our server, Allie (Ally?) was absolutely amazing, however. She gets 5 stars, but the restaurant, not so much. read more

My wife and I just left here - for the last time. My wife was drinking from her glass when the bottom of the glass separated from the top, spilling her drink all over her. She was soaked with strawberry lemonade, which has ruined her shirt most likely. The staff finally brought something to help clean up and moved us to another table. The manager came to the table and apologized and offered a free dessert. A free dessert. Really? At the very least, I think that my wife's meal should have been comped, and perhaps the entire tab. That is not an unreasonable expectation. But that was never offered. Only a dessert. This is no way to treat customers. We have patronized Ruby Tuesday for many years, but no more. read more

NOT a huge fan of Ruby Tuesday to start with so going forward, they had a special that said two full entrees included. When we ordered, it included half portion entrees. Ok. So had a big salad. Blackened fish comes. It is baked and the doused in a dry red powder that is extremely salty so really glad only a half portion. Ordered their drink special of the night, the Tito's RT Palmer. Bartender grabs bar brand, we tell her where the Tito's is. Then she explains they don't usually use mint and don't have any. Not a great experience. read more
