And what an introduction! Flavor-filled and tasting like it came from a caring kitchen, these were the best of my Mexican food experience, one that dates back to 1976, and includes having tasted this cuisine in Mexico as we as all over the US. These enchiladas, although to go, arrived hot, beautiful and beautiful. The cheese was not average but full flavored an with strands that pulled like taffy when you brought a piece to your mouth. The beef gravy was thick and rich, pooled around the enchiladas just so. I believe the corn tortillas forming them tasted close to home made. I didn't taste the salsa myself but was told it too, was different and unique and tasted as if it too was house prepared. Soon, I'll go for a far greater immersion in menu items as this newcomer deserves close examination by all who love well prepared Mexican food items. You'll have many to choose from!
