First time trying the salad, so fresh and made with care. The ranch also tastes homemade. I didn't want to share but my husband couldn't keep out of it. I also ordered a calzone, first time, the dough is homemade neither thick like chain restaurants. The marinara keeps you eating. read more

Wow, why has it taken me so long to find this place?! While it's located on the corner of a gas station, don't let that deter you because the food is pretty phenomenal. We placed an order to-go, but some there's tables to eat there. The menu has a mix of pizza, pasta and sandwiches. The pizza is thinner with a crispy crust, very similar to New York pizza. I'd order it again! I really enjoyed the chicken marsala. The sauce was full of flavor. The portion size was huge - lots of chicken and pasta. If you like Terra Mia in Pooler- it's very similar! I'll definitely be a frequent customer here! read more

So glad I found this pizzeria. Absolutely the best Italian restaurant in Rincon. This is a classic New York style pizzeria with Sicilian style dishes. Authentic cuisine that is made with fresh ingredients from the sauce to the cheese to the dough. Handcrafted hot oven fired pizza pies made to order in the open kitchen. It's a counter service eatery that's very small and quaint inside. Even pasta dishes are available for pickup, delivery or dine in. Ordered the large pizza and it was served hot plus delicious. I could tell how the ingredients were of excellent quality especially the cheese. The service was very welcoming and knowledgeable about their menu offerings. I can't wait to try more of this Italian style dishes from Tommy's! read more

Food is always good and the owner and staff are excellent - eat here all the time so dont sleep on this place

Past couple of pizzas didn't taste as fresh as they once did, which doesn't reflect the price per pie. We ordered a few when we had some friends from Boston visit, and the quality was less than good. Not a bad option, but not our first choice when looking for pizza in Effingham. read more

I'd rather go hungry than eat the "food" from this place. Seriously, you'd be better off going to a Waffle House inside a prison.

We had their taco pizza and it was not good; the taco meat was not drained of the grease and the crust was soaked in the grease. I thought the crust was under cooked and they forgot to put the black olives on (which cost an extra $3.50). I tried them a few years ago shortly after they opened and wasn't impressed then; thought we would give them another chance. I will not be going back! read more

First time I had ever eaten inside tommy's! The food was GREAT , the inside is small but nice. My husband LOVES THIS PLACE and goes weekly for Philly cheese steak sandwich! I would highly recommend the food !!! God bless read more

Just ordered pizza for the second time from them. Pizza wasn't as good as it was the first time we go it and we also got a Greek salad which had no pepperoncini's on it which was disappointing because it clearly says it comes with them and I love them so I was sad about that. Also the oil & vinegar dressing was just flat out oil no trace of vinegar. The pizza crust was tough and seemed over cooked. Would still try and order again but if it's off a second time I wouldn't order again sadly. read more

Best pizza around by far. Always good, even on really busy nights. Definitely my favorite place for a pizza

The food at this establishment is very very good and prices are reasonable for what you get.

I did have my order delivered, and have never been to Tommy's so I cannot speak on the ambiance. I can say the angry grandma pizza was pure heaven! Perfect amount of sweet and spicy! The wings were not such a hit, there seemed to be no flavor. It is a Saturday night, and I am sure they are slammed, so that one little issue is not a deal breaker. I will be having Tommy's again! Delivery was less than an hour, and I ordered at 18:25, during peak dinner rush time. I'm glad to support local within our community! Keep up the good work Tommy and crew! read more

The owner is SO rude!! He's always dirty and smells like alcohol. His food is OK at best but his attitude was appalling. I will never go back there again. I do NOT recommend. Tommy is a terrible person read more

Give this place a try! The cheese pizza was a 5 out of 5. The meatlovers pizza was a 4 out of 5, we thought the ham / ham flavor overpowered it in a bad way. The customer service face to face was good, they were quick to take my order and it only took 30 mins for pizza to be ready and that's exactly what they estimated. I tried to call in advance to place an order and could not get anyone on the phone so I was forced to sit and wait. It's a new store and it was extremely hot in the building, typical of a good pizza place, but too hot to eat there in my opinion even though people were eating here. The best pizza in Effingham without a doubt, there are similar options if you are willing to drive 30 mins outside of rincon. We will definitely be back for more read more

I have lived in effingham for 24 years, and I have no idea how I did not know about this place until a month ago. This is the best pizza that I've ever put into my mouth. The vodka margarita pizza is what I imagine crack feels like. Amazing place. read more

After reading all the reviews and friends and family recommendations, I finally tried Tommy's. Service was fast and friendly, the pizza wasn't the best I've ever had but it was very good. I would recommend and I will definitely return. read more

Food was below mid, Tommy the owner is rude and seems a bit off. Not worth the time or trouble to get food here.

Very good pizza in the south. As a native New Yorker I've been looking for something close to what I grew up on. And this pizza does that. read more

Best pizza in Rincon period. Tommy has always been awesome every time I have seen him. He always speaks and is nice as can be. Ambiance has a small family feel to it and it fits the NY pizza shop and the southern small family feel. read more

We've tried the pizza twice. The first time it was a little dry and about 1 minute over done but good. The second time we asked for extra sauce. Again the pizza was a little dry but over cooked . I'm going to give it a third try but we will be ordering pasta. read more

I attempted to try Tommys today for the 4th time sinse he opened. Again an excuse why he didnt have pizza. Today " i was slammed at lunch" Excuse me 1:15 is still lunch time. Let me tell you a real NY style pizza parlor NEVER RUNS OUR OF SLICES. MAKE ANOTHER PIE!!!!! read more

Decent pizza, but over $50 for one large pizza delivery is way too much for me. Pizza was good but not NY pizza good, which is why I ordered and spent the money read more

Tommy's Pizza and Pasta - Pizza Near Me - Rincon, Georgia

Great thin crust NY style pizza. Good sauce with a good amount of toppings. Plenty of seating available.

I'm new to the area and tried the spaghetti and meat sauce and they gave me a slice of Roma pizza with it. First the spaghetti and meat sauce was excellent, second the Roma slice was better than excellent. So next visit ordered two pies, one with extra cheese and one Roma. The best pizza I have had since leaving New York in 1982. Thank you Tommy and crew. read more

We ordered a variety of things to try and ordered them for pickup. We got the eggplant Parmesan pizza, meat lovers pizza, chicken bacon ranch pizza, garlic knots, and lamb gyro. The order was ready on time, and everything was absolutely delicious. The whole family loved it. I used to live on the NE coast so it was nice to get those flavors again. Tommy even worked with me on the timing of my order when I submitted it too early. The restaurant doesn't have much seating so I'd recommend take out or delivery. Would definitely recommend their food. read more

This place is phenomenal. The angry grandma is a must try! Best pizza around and the cheesesteak is like no other.

This is some of the best pizza in the area! The Hot Honey and the pickle and cheese pizza are my favs!! Yall need to hit him up even if it just a slice!! read more

Owner is a jackass to everyone including his employees food is tasteless and overpriced. The pizza sauce tastes like crappy marinara

We love Tommy's! We have done both Dine in & Carry out, both were very pleasant experiences. Staff was super friendly. The pizza is sooo delicious. We were scared to try as we are originally from Northeast and they are known for having delicious pizza. But we can confidently say Tommy's is better than some places up there! Everything is homemade which is so rare and so delicious! read more

Terrible. I'm sorry. Ordered a 12 inch white Pizza. Not cheap. Crust was so tough and the cheese didn't taste right.
