As a long time server, I understand most issues any restaurant, quick serve might have. What I…read moredon't understand is how the owner himself called me to inform me that the Port Wentworth location had 0 drivers and that my $169.00 order had to be canceled. No issues, tbh. I just stated go ahead and cook it, I'll do pick up instead. The gentleman was quite surprised at my response, and said it was too late to still make it as they had canceled my order before calling me. A little irritated because then I had to go back on the app and reorder 4 jumbo speciality pizzas and 40 wings. I don't see why they didn't call me first. Here's my first issue, I didn't get my 169.00 back, and still haven't yet. Said 3 to 5 business days. But now I have to buy it all over again. Then I get there, my order should be finished. They haven't even started it. I try to be completely flexible and understanding, but then I get to watch the owner who is delivering show up. And not long after, the other delivery driver shows up. So the owner lied first over the phone, and then the young lady in the front lied two times to my face. Said the owner was the only one working, she just didn't expect the young delivery driver to show up while I was in my car.

After placing the order I got the notification that they use their own drivers (not UberEats drivers) and therefore the updates are hard to get through the app. Ok fine. I ended up calling the restaurant twice. The first time they told me the driver was about to leave. Then after 30 minutes, I called again and they told me the driver had left a while ago but that he should be getting to me soon. I asked if there was a way to share some status and they said no that they left a long time ago and that they did have one stop but should be getting to me soon. After 15 mins, I contacted UberEats directly as it said if the order was 20 mins late after ETA to get a refund. They told me that if that's what I wanted to do that they would have to first call the restaurant as procedure. They called, and the restaurant was closed. Unbelievable. If you can't handle orders through UberEats, then don't offer it.

We placed an order to-go, but some there's tables to eat there. The menu has a mix of pizza, pasta and sandwiches. The pizza is thinner with a crispy crust, very similar to New York pizza. I'd order it again! I really enjoyed the chicken marsala. The sauce was full of flavor. The portion size was huge - lots of chicken and pasta. If you like Terra Mia in Pooler- it's very similar! I'll definitely be a frequent customer here!

We called it In ad was quoted 20-25 minutes which was the exact amount of time it took to get there from Rincon. I've always loved a rectangular pizza and this did not disappoint ! The crust was so buttery. There was a ton of cheese which we appreciated and the toppings were crispy. We ordered a large but definitely could've done a medium between two people. This isn't a sit down so we ate in the parking lot. Was not a fan of the wings they were kind of dry but it's a pizza place so not a big deal. Large 2 topping Sicilian and 10 wings was $28 not bad. We will be back.

Have visited this eatery 4 times now at the Effingham location and the food is great. Me and a few…read morefriends eat in everytime. The place has alot of potential if someone managed them. The pizza and stromboli are top notch, although there just seems to be a lord of the flies type atmosphere. There are way too many workers behind the counter, all very young. This wouldn't usually be an issue, but it just seems there is no management. The music was too loud and I could not hear the cashier. I noticed the speaker for the stereo was directly above my head. The restaurant needs some TLC as I know it is fairly new but you can see the restaurant showing signs of neglect. The restroom needed some cleaning and there was no toilet tissue (thankfully I didn't need it). It is as if there are no paper supplies in the business except pizza boxes that were stack approximately 7 feet high blocking the view of the gentlemen making the pizza. I would think that it was be a novelty to see the pizza being made. Not sure if this is intentional or just not thought out, but felt claustrophobic with the pizza boxes so high. I say there are no paper products because the first visit approximately a month before this post, we received the pizza in a box, but no paper plates and had to ask, but recieved them, as well as asking for napkins as there were none. The waitress walked to the restroom and retrieved some paper towels but was helpful. Subsequently after, every visit was awarded less paper products upon request, to the point where there were neither napkins, plates, paper towels, or toilet tissue in the building. The box of pizza placed in front of us with nothing to eat with. When inquired as to why there are never any napkins, the staff seemed perturbed with the question and had an excuse as to the way they order paper products. Either way, the food is good but I don't see this establishment lasting if they don't tighten up the management of the business.
