Great cheeseburger and onion rings to die for. Service and presentation were perfect. Pretty cool local joint.

I received food that was completely burnt. They would not fix it and charged extra drinks onto my tab that I never purchased.

Drinks are expensive for the kind of bar it is. Bar menu generally very limited. No draft beers. All bottled!

10/10 - A Must-Stop Every Time I've been coming here ever…read moresince I was little, and it's one of those places that never disappoints. Every time I'm anywhere close, I make it a point to stop, and this trip was no different. I was driving back home to North Carolina and had to make one last stop because it's just that good. The food is always fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The sandwich was perfectly toasted with fresh ingredients, plenty of parmesan, and an amazing sauce, and the fries were cooked perfectly. Everything tasted just as good as I remembered. Service was a 10/10 and wonderful seating options MUST GO!!!

Even after the 2021 rebrand, it still held on for a while, but something in the last 5 years at the main office has completely lost touch. They expanded to three locations: ; downtown, Tybee, and Hilton Head, and in the process the whole identity fell apart. The menu has been gutted of its originality. The "OG" items are now overpriced, portion sizes have been cut in half, and the original sides that made it special are gone. What used to be a simple, order-and-sit-down experience is now chaotic. You're herded in by an overstaffed but somehow still disorganized team of high-turnover employees with zero consistency and very little emotional intelligence. There are always way too many staff for the number of customers, yet service somehow keeps getting worse. Last night was the final straw. We tried the Tybee location first, waited 30 minutes just to be seated, only to be told they were basically out of everything and could only do drinks. So we drove to downtown. Same exact thing. Out of sausage. When we asked if we could just remove it or substitute it, we didn't get a simple no, we got an "absolutely not," because apparently everything is pre-mixed and nothing can be adjusted. Even worse once we sat down. It took 15 minutes just to be asked for drink orders. A different server came over, introduced himself like we were starting fresh, and then got visibly annoyed when we said we'd already ordered water and a soda. From there it just kept getting more awkward. At one point he bumped my cup while I was literally lifting it to my lips and told me to "watch out" while he was placing food down. He took forever to check us out and finally bring our soda to go, and ended the night by saying, "just so you know I'm faster than the other girl," like we were in the middle of some weird staff competition we didn't sign up for. On the outside it still looks like a fun Savannah staple. But once you sit down, you realize you're no longer a local guest, you're trapped in an overhyped tourist operation that's completely lost what made it good in the first place.

We will definitely be back and plan to make this a regular stop. We ordered a variety of subs, including a chicken salad sub, a turkey and avocado sub, and a pastrami Reuben (they all have names and numbers on the menu, which makes ordering easy). Every sub was a hit, but the real standout was the bread. It was hands down one of the best parts of the meal--fresh, flavorful, and honestly addictive. As someone who loves Jersey Mike's bread, this was far superior. We paired our subs with Vick's chips and sodas, which rounded everything out perfectly. We sat inside since the outdoor seating was full, and the interior was filled with memorabilia and details that really told the story of the place and added to the experience. It felt welcoming and full of character. The owner--or the gentleman working the register--made the experience even better. He was constantly checking in, taking orders, delivering food, and making everyone feel at home. His positive attitude and ability to juggle everything so seamlessly truly stood out and made us want to return. Between the outstanding subs, the warm service, and very reasonable prices--especially while traveling--this place checks all the boxes. We'll absolutely be back and only wish we had one back home.

They had a special for 2 large pizza with 1 topping each for $19.99. Cool, a deal! Plus I wanted to try their "Hot sticks", basically cheesesticks with jalapenos on and IN the dough. It was the other side of town, so the food was a bit cool when we got home, but man was it packing flavor!! We picked thin crust with mushrooms and regular crust with black olives. Both were spectacular! The "Hot sticks"? I'm thinking they hit the dough with jalapeno juice before cooking...because it was throughout. Loved it! The BEST part? When re-heated in the oven....all the original flavor came back, even 3 days later! 5 star food! Service? It was late in the day, but service was great by the staff. Parking is in front, but there is a lot a few steps away if needed. I'll be back when I'm in the Guyton area!!

This establishment is set up to be to go only but they were quick to provide the custom pizza I requested and have it ready in about 10 minutes, which was better than I was expecting. There's not much waiting room area, but I waited in my car and the staff was extremely helpful and polite on s my food was ready. The store is in one of the old style building preserving the downtown Guyton aesthetic. They do have chairs on the outside with store front street parking if you would like to sit outside.
