The management is so rude! We ordered a pizza from this location and they sent the wrong items. When we called to see what they could do in a nasty and unkind tone she told us there was nothing she could do. We would have to call corporate. This seems like something they are doing to save money because they know a lot of people will not call corporate. I witnessed a terrible customer service incident Sunday. We ordered 3 pizzas that were supposed to be ready by 7:00 PM but they were not done until 7:35 PM. There were 3 workers making pizzas and 1 taking orders. There were 5 of us waiting. One customer ask if someone had picked up part of his order because the phone app told him there had been a partial pickup. the cashier did not listen to his question, she said they were slammed and his order would be ready when it would be ready. He said yes I know I just want to know if part of my order was picked up already. It went down hill, one of the workers in the back got involved and the 2 workers started bashing this guy and all he kept saying was "I am not arguing, I just want to know" which they started cussing at him and telling him to take his business elsewhere and who did he think we was. I mean, I thought he had a legitimate question but BOOM, nothing be negativity from the workers. They finally told him that if their service was not fast enough they would cancel his order and he said no, I just want to know if part of my order had been picked up! Next thing I know, a third employee show's up, they cancel this guys order so he is like OK, I am outta here and left. What they said after he left was terrible, and there are still 5 of us waiting for our orders. It was just the worst customer service I had ever witnessed. My order was 45 minutes late and I get it they were really busy but to act like that, treat a customer whom was asking a legitimate question like they did and on top of that to continue to bash him after he left was super unprofessional. We ordered pizza last night after returning home from a much-needed vacation. My husband and I were exhausted and didn't feel like cooking, so we decided to have pizza from Papa Johns's. We were pleased, as expected. Whenever we order from this location, we have never been disappointed. We opted for delivery. Our order included wings and the Italian trio pizza. So I ordered a pizza on the app and specified No Onions. The pizza got here and was covered in onions. I called the store and the manager said he would send out a new pizza. Now, the first pizzas looked awesome and if didn't have onions I would loved it. The pizza they sent out to replace it looked terrible less than half the cheese that was on the original and isn't appealing at all. Is it possible to give them less than 1 star? Order through the app and it says 69-79 minutes. Well 90 minutes later call because the app says it is being made and well it'll be at least another 30 minutes. Did I mention part of this order was free cause they screwed up the last one?! Too bad corporate doesn't see how badly this location is ran. Horrible service! Ordered for delivery and received someone else's order. I called and they said they would remake the order and send it out. The delivery driver got here and there 2 items missing. I called and was told that they can't send another driver out but can give me a credit because that's what his GM told him to tell me. read more

On May 6, 2023 at 819 pm we ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza as well small BBQ chicken pizza. Delivery time was estimated 950 pm. WOW. Actual arrival of order was 1040 pm. Holy cow, Papa Johns! The delivery person was not a Papa Johns employee but he was the nicest part of this situation. No communication from Papa Johns on what the issue was or why it was taking so long. I love Papa Johns pizza but this is something I can't ignore. Don't recommend! read more

Normally, I really dig Papa John's Pizza. Not the location in Rincon, though. The staff inside doesn't seem energized or excited to be there at all. Very disappointed in this location! We ordered pizzas an hour and a half ago. We never did get the pizzas and after calling multiple times for updates we cancelled our order. The manager on duty offered to comp our next order. Since we never did receive our first order, I can guarantee there won't be a second order. I want to say that we use this location often and I have been very understanding with long wait times and wrong orders. This location has a major issue with staffing. Tonight I was on hold for at least 10 minutes and because I have been forgotten on hold before I hung up and called back. The girl that answered asked if I could wait and I explained that I had already been on hold for 10 min and wanted to know where I was in the queue. She said to me she was the only one working and that i was at the end. I then asked if she could give me a time estimate on how long I would be waiting and her response was that it would be a while. I do understand she is busy and that it's not her fault things are busy. I do have an issue with the lack of customer service given and the fact that the store owner despite all of the complaints doesn't seem to be concerned with maintaining an adequate staff for their busiest nights of the week. read more

Ordered online, went to pick up my pizza but couldn't find the store because my GPS dumped me in a random spot. Girl answered right away, very friendly, gave me directions. Pizza was amazing, ate two pieces on the way home. Nothing better than freshly cooked Papa Johns!! read more
