The extra amount of 'happy now?' Cheese from Ray the Manager
    Amelia L.

My mom likes to order salad, we've only been here once and had no issues until now. She asked for cheese, and the man (Who we'd later find out was the manager named Ray/Rei) only added two tiny pinches that added up to maybe 6/8 tiny pieces of cheese. And she asked for more, mind you I could barely see the cheese from where I was standing so it made sense she wanted more. But ray I guess having an attitude, decided to add a handful of it instead. My mom said 'oh...' shocked from that ugly reply. A firefighter happened to be behind us in line, and commented on that, I also commented how that was rude. He asked Ray is he was having a bad day, in which no reply. My brother joked out loud 'wow great reply!' The main woman who was taking care of us, she had green hair and also seemed to not like Ray as much. Anyway, we sat outside and he brought us food, mom asked his name and all he said was hello and walked back inside. After that my mom went in to let him know he'd be reported, he laughed in her face and had a cocky smirk on. He has an accent, either Irish or Italian, white, bald, black thick eyebrows. Looks mean. Someone fire this ass of a man, he shouldn't be a manager if he can't do his job right the first time. If he had added a fair amount to begin with, he wouldn't be so 'happy now?' He has 2/3 piercings too. Also, someone should make the girl with green hair the manager, she was awesome!

My Greek Salad made three days ago!!!!

Ordered through instacart, I don't know why, I continue to have these experience, but I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a Greek Salad which was prepared three days earlier, and was completely brown on the bottom. The manager could care less, she just said to make a complaint through the Instacart app. Did that, they say it's not eligible for refund. I hate these both businesses.

Your Pie in Pooler is a favorite of mine. If you've never been to a Your Pie before you are in for a delicious surprise! I love the variety of choices they have at Your Pie. They have many crust options. I personally am I a whole wheat crust fan. But they also have white, gluten free, & keto crust options. So there is something for everyone. Your Pie has many different cheese options, including vegan cheese ! Also a variety of meats including vegan meat, vegetables, & sauces for topping options. It's great to be able to make your pizza to your liking! My go to is: whole wheat crust, pesto sauce, feta cheese, sausage, & a bunch of vegetables! If making your own pizza isn't for you Your Pie has selection of pizzas like the lineage pizza. That are tried and true recipes people love. And of course you can add or take toppings off of any of those pizzas as well. Pasta is now an option at Your Pie! And it is baked in their wood grilled pizza oven too! My favorite is called the "Nat Bake". Ok yes, I will admit not the best name lol. But it is delicious. The original version has chicken, pesto, mozzarella, feta, spinach, & sun dried tomatoes. I'm not a fan of mozzarella cheese. So I omit the mozzarella, switch the chicken to sausage, and add red onions. Everything is made to order right in front of you. There is a glass barrier for safety. But you can see everything. This I love! So I can make sure my pizza is made correctly. They are taking COVID precautions. Masks are required unless eating a a table. Tables are social distanced. Some of their seating indoors is unavailable for safety. But they do have a seating area outside. Guests keep to the 6 foot minimum with stickers to guide them on the floor. I've never been to this Your Pie when there was not a line. They move and make everything as quickly as they can. But it takes a bit from start of your food to finish. Everything is baked in the oven. The oven is quick but does take a few minutes too. I do not mind a small wait for quality food. If you want to skip the line order ahead! You can pick up your food at the end of the bar. The staff are all friendly. They are happy to help with topping combinations, suggestions, or answer questions. One member told me her favorite pizza for her husband she makes. This prompted me to try something new when ordering for mine, lol! Everyone works as quickly and efficiently as possible.

For the Keto fans:: Your Pie now has a keto friendly crust ! It's made withe cauliflower, cheese and some other good ingredients. I tried it last night and it was quite tasty! YP also updated their rewards app. Now you can cash in your points for gelato, T-shirts or any food item.

MIL's Pizza - she also likes to put the garden on her pies.

My husband was coming back from a business trip and he was getting in right around dinner time. I packed up the kids and MIL and headed to the airport to pick him up and pizza being his fave food group, we went to Your Pies (YP) for some din-din. I gotta be honest. The first time my husband took us to YP, I kinda UGH-ed a bit, thinking, great, another build-your-own pizza joint. It seems that they are becoming a trend. This last visit was my second visit to YP and at this same location and I gotta say, for a build-your-own pizza place, they've got a great thing going on there. - Parking - Private lot. The restaurant is located off of Pooler Pkwy, but the address is on Morgan's Corner which is a smaller street parallel to Pooler Pkwy and is alongside a group of other businesses. - Vibe - Casual. You walk up to the prep counter, they build your pizza to your liking, you pay and find a seat. There are booth seats, tables and chairs and high tops as well. There are various rusted, junk metal art throughout the restaurant. My kids love the shark suspended from the ceiling. High ceilings, clean and bright. - Eats / Refreshments - YP offers a great variety of menu items, while using the same ingredients, not just pizza. Such an efficient system! You can build your own 10 inch pizza, panini or salad all for only $8.49. They have a pretty extensive selection of toppings. The first thing that stood out for me at YP, is that there is actually a human who stretches the pizza dough! How about that?! Most build-your-own pizza places I have been to, the staff member takes a prepared dough ball and places it on what I would only call a Dough Flattener and then cranks the lever and voila, you have a flat pizza crust. The next cool thing was that they have gelato! Also, my husband was pleasantly surprised to discover that they have craft beers as well...whaaaaaaat?! I guess you can have it all! My husband ordered the Southern Heat with some modifications and I have put most of the veggie selection on my pie both times. Mmm, mmm! Delicious! I am more of a charred-dough-bubbles-on-my pizza type of gal, which is the one thing that would make YP that much greater, but it's more of a thin style and cooking it for the couple of minutes that all of these BYO pizza places do, the taste is still great and super fresh. - TLC - Both times we have been there, the staff has been efficient and really nice. Once you pay, they give you a number stand and they bring your pizza to your table once it's ready. - Kiddos - A huge bonus point for the Kids Menu! The Special is either a choice of build-your-own 8 inch pizza, half a panini or a side salad and it comes with a drink and gelato (the size of a take out sauce container) all for, could you believe, $5.99! Not only is that such an amazing value, these items are much healthier options for kids which is few and far between at most restaurants. My kids both opted for the pizzas and let me tell you, that little cup of gelato makes a world of difference. It's just the right size, giving them a quick treat, but not loading them with a ton of sugar AND you don't have to drive to another place to get them a treat! In terms of product, concept, value, taste and service, they have it all and my fam and I are huge fans!

The decor in here is cute and the line went pretty quickly. The staff seemed to be all business; not rude but not exactly pleasant either. The up-charge for the gluten free crust was a bit insane so just a heads up if that is what you need. Having said that, the pizza was delicious. The flavor of the crust was good and the sauce was a nice blend of savory and sweet. The regular pizza was also really good. It was very nice to be able to customize our pizzas and we both left satisfied. I wish they had more drink options beyond fountain drinks or tea. They did give me a free cup for water though. We will most likely be back.

The good: lots of toppings this time. The bad:The crust was so black and burnt that it was not edible. We ordered two small pizzas and both were the same. We wasted almost $40. I would not recommend delivery. I wanted to give them a one star for this or even no stars . However, This, We have gone in person twice before and picked up pizzas. On those occasions the toppings were sparse but the crust was fine. If we ever order again, we will go in person to be sure they are not over cooked.

Very very thin pizza. It taste like a rolled out a slice of bread, very thin, with pepperoni and cheese on it and put into the oven.

I pointed it out right away, and the employee responded, "I told them, but they didn't listen to me," and just walked off. No effort to fix it or take ownership. I ended up taking the potato back to the counter myself and asked for it to be remade. When it was brought back out, the gentleman who delivered it didn't say a word--no apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. What made it more frustrating is that the restaurant wasn't busy at all--we were one of only two tables there. Situations like this are easy opportunities to provide good service, and unfortunately, that didn't happen here

The baked potato was hot, fresh, and loaded well, and the sandwich was made perfectly with fresh ingredients and great flavor. It was simple food but done the right way, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable with a relaxed, easy going atmosphere. Even though it was a busy time, the service stayed friendly and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Overall it was a solid experience with good food, good service, and a convenient spot to grab a satisfying meal. I would definitely come back again when I am in the area.
