I ordered 3 crunch wrap supremes and a coke. the supremes were amazing and the soda was okay (it tasted a little watered down, but tis alright). when I ordered at the counter, I was greeted by a nice lady (service was excellent for a fast food spot). the ambiance was alright, basically as good as it could get for a Taco Bell. there were no cockroaches anywhere, no hairs in my food, no people fighting over random stuff. it was all good. Our order (2meals) was placed through the app 15 minutes prior to arrival. It took an HOUR of waiting before we received the order. The frozen drinks that were ordered were never given but were handed empty cups instead. Yet another Rincon location we will be sure not to visit again. read more

I had stop buying food from Taco Bell for a while because of the lack of customer service, and the food was not delivered and prepared right, missing stuff or the wrong food given, even the taste sometimes. But I came to this Taco Bell and loved the speed and the service of the drive thru, my food was hot!!, the first thing I opened was the chalupa and it was filled all the way, plenty of meat and good combination of veggies, it was fresh, everything in my box was prepared to my satisfaction. I have Crohn's disease and cannot eat lettuce and also have a tomato allergy. I ordered everything without lettuce and tomato, even checked the receipt to ensure it said no lettuce and tomato on there. When I arrived home, EVERYTHING had lettuce and tomato on it and I had to throw it all out. I waited about 10 minutes for my order as well and was looking forward to eating taco bell as I haven't been able to eat it in 4 months until now. I was extremely disappointed. Ok. I get it, I got there after 10 (but you are open until 1), that doesn't mean you get to mess up my drive through order, lie to me when I ask about the food in the bag (yes, I do want supreme tacos when that's what I pay for and yes, I do want hot sauce: don't tell me the hot sauce is in the bottom of the bag to avoid going back and getting it). I shouldn't feel stupid for taking your word for it and I really didn't want to check everything in the bag in the parking lot at night. It's not like I expect much, but you couldn't meet even the low bar I set when going out to grab late(ish?) night Taco Bell from the drive through. About two weeks ago we ordered Toco Supremes take out, when we got home open the bag and took a bite the shells were stale, call store to let them know, employee offered to replace them, no thanks. Yesterday wanted to give a second chance, got home opened the bag took a bite, it was a repeat. Did not call, but want be back. They really should check their stock. read more

They often get the order wrong. On several occasions, the nacho chips have had a strong, sour, chemical flavor, almost like the chips had come in contact with painting solvents in a storage closet. Extremely odd flavor. Something needs to be figured out about that. Seems like a health hazard waiting to happen. read more

Do yourself a favor and skip this Taco Bell! Placed a mobile order to find out that their fryer is down so they can't take my order that I already paid for. No refunds. Then told it would be ready in 5 mins. Ten mins later told fryer was up and it would be 5 mins for it to get hot. I get it, Covid restrictions. Was asked to order at the kiosk, seems to me they couldn't be bothered to take an order at the register. Planned on using cash, but used a card. Still couldn't get the order correct, wrong size drink, forgot the sauces requested. Several open in use tables dirty.
