Line moves very fast. However, if there are not many cars in the mobile line, you will have to wait a little longer. A solution to this is to have the Q-code sign a little further out (15-20 feet) so when it's scanned, the mobile order gets done a tad quicker as you pull up to the window. Every single time I come to this location I have such a great experience! Everyone is so kind and willing to accommodate me if there is a problem. I usually order my food ahead of time and it always goes smoothly when I get to the drive thru. The food has always been fresh and I have no complaints. Rincon & Effingham County waited a long time for Chick-Fil-A. We are so glad this fast food star fills our cravings for breakfast and chicken! CFA has the fastest drive-thru line system. You place your order with an employee at the start of the line. No need to order at the menu board. Your order is prepared while you are waiting in the line and as soon as you get to the window, Bingo here's your order hit and ready! Owner Jason Counselman is very hands-on and does a lot to support the community too. My teenager and his friends get breakfast 3 times a week. We have never experienced a problem, our orders are always correct and the staff is always smiling. That's quite an accomplishment when the place is slam dunk busy from open to close! We get chicken minis weekly as they are the best breakfast item IMO. read more

Ugh, as much as this pains me to post this I feel like I have to. My family and I are die hard Chick-fil-A fans! It's truly the best chicken ever! Well- yesterday after picking up my Kroger pickup I dashed over to CFA for a quick dinner. I ordered quite a bit of food. Four number 1s, one extra sandwich, and a 8 piece nugget meal. I went through drive-thru. It was a quick process. The teenager asked me spicy or regular sandwiches. I told her regular. This is where the mess-ups started. I told her regular, she rang in spicy. I told the next girl that it was supposed to be regular. Then when I got to the window I got my order, sadly believing everything was great and drove home. When I got home and started handing out the food we were missing sauces, two sandwiches, and a fry. My children bite into the sandwiches and we found out they were spicy. Wah! I called to ask how we could resolve the situation and she said to get a refund I'd have to bring all of the food back. I live 25 minutes away. To wrap the story up I'll just say I collected everyone's food and brought it all back in. They remade the whole order and I drove the 25 mins back home. Chick fil a is now and forever will be my favorite fast food place! The food at this location is good. Always served hot. I will say though this location has some catching up to do with other locations when it comes to fast service. The drive thru is always slow. Since the "newness" of this location is wearing off ordering inside has become faster. I have been using the app lately to order. Now now now, you all know I couldn't visit this location and not give a great review. I ordered a large order for my tribe and I to enjoy. There's six of us in total and not ONE thing was missing from the order or incorrect on this order. They all had smiles on their faces and were happy to serve. This is probably the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. Every single part of our order was wrong minus the fries which were cold. Unfortunately we didn't check it and didn't realize until we were home that it was wrong. I notified them through the app - of which they never replied or rectified their mistake. For that reason alone I won't return and will in future go to the Pooler location - since they are a training location they are always on the ball. I've never been to a Chick-Fil-A that jacks up your order EVERY single time... I've been to this location 4 times this month, hoping it was just because they were busy or that the staff would do a better job, but nope... every single time I order here, there's one or two things or even whole meals missing. Drinks will be inaccurate, sauces missing, or they give one of the sauces requested... family of 4, 4 whole meals... how are you gonna give 1 sauce per meal, and it not even be the sauces requested? Sometimes my food is cold or not up to par with other locations, and whenever the forget my fries, they don't even fill it up, it'll be like halfway filled... I'm not paying extra for air! Let me first start off with, I love a good Chick Fil A sandwich and biscuit. But the past few times I've been the sandwiches as well as the biscuits are getting smaller and smaller. As a Chick Fil A red member, I eat here a lot and come multiple times a week. But I never feel like I'm full after leaving here and spending $7. So if we could fix that, that would be great. Awful customer service and incompetent employees that make mistakes no one knows how to fix. I originally ordered through the mobile app but my order wasn't showing up in their system. The person taking my order at the drive through told me to cancel the mobile order and order with her. I did that and then she scanned my Chick-fil-A app so I could pay with the money in my Chick-fil-A account. I drove up to the next person and she said she needed to scan my app again to pay. We did that and she immediately said "Uh oh. You'll need to complete you order at the window." She didn't explain what had happened but my account balance went from $26.74 to $0 and my order was far less than that. When I got to the window they asked for payment. I explained that I already paid and something had been done wrong because my balance was zeroed out. They scanned my app a number of times and couldn't figure out where my money had gone. They took my entire balance to pay for another customer's meal. I waited for ages trying to get them to fix it but they never did. Hannah told me that the money would be back on my account within twenty four hours. It wasn't and when I talked to her today she said she can't put the money back on the app or refund me with real money. "All I can do at a restaurant level is give you free entrees on your account adding up to the amount." So they stole my money, told me they were fixing it, didn't fix it, and now they want to give me digital coupons that I have to spend at this location? Completely ridiculous. I want back the $26.74 they took off my card. You wasted a lot of my time and don't seem to care that your employee is to blame for this entire situation. You stole from a customer and then act like it's impossible to correct your mistake in a way that costs the restaurant money. You should hire people who don't make mistakes like this or at the very least have a solution to the problem when it happens! Most CFA's have an impressive everything when compared to all the rest... quick fast service and normally always correct..... well this particular CFA is the exception to the norm. Not fast nor are they efficient. Food orders have been completely wrong after driving home (far distance). But what I experienced today was just horrible customer service at its core. I ordered two 4 piece chick mini's and burrito meal. Pretty simple order. I watched as 5 people got their orders before mine, not 5 people in from of me but behind me, they were complaining orders for people that were 3, yes 3 cars behind me before I got to the window!!!!!! When I got to the window I was asked to move forward and wait longer!? I simply asked what did all these other people order that made them so quick. I was told the burrito takes the longest! Huh? We like chick-fil-a and we were excited that Rincon was finally getting one. We have been here (eating in) quite a few times now. Our transaction at the register has always been pleasant. Our food got to our table so fast one time we were still walking there with our drinks! At a busier time we have waited a few minutes but never anything unreasonable. We have ordered for pick up twice. Both times our food was ready promptly and everything was correct. There was one time early on that they got my sandwich wrong however when I said something they felt so bad and rushed to fix it so quickly I almost felt bad. I went to chick fil a ordered on my mobile app and they charged my card twice.When I called to get my money back the manager Sam said she cant give me a refund because she doesn't see them charging my account twice. I eat chick fil a on a daily basis. I will never eat at the Rincon location ever again. No respect for the customers customer is obviously no priority to this location because she basically said take that lost its not my money. She asked this morning for her favorite breakfast burrito, finally ready to eat. I placed a mobile order so I could run and fetch them for her. Admittedly, I placed a breakfast order at the very last minute. I arrived in the drive-thru line only to be told the order couldn't be completed. The woman told me to pull up for a refund. Not going to lie here, I was a little upset because my daughter went right back to, "Never mind, I'm not hungry then". Bummer! But, when I got the window, you were there and asked if what you had left would be ok. Yes! Yes! Yes! More than Ok! I should have prefaced by saying that I've never written a review until now. My family and I have been eating at chick-if-la for almost 20 years. Since having kids we eat it about once a week. This was my first time at this location and I was NOT impressed. What I LOVE about every single Chick-Fil-A I have visited is their great customer service and order accuracy. This is the very first time I have ever had an inaccurate order and I have lived in 5 states and have eaten at ChickFiLa in more than 5 states. Anyway, they messed up my order AND even forgot straws. This was a mobile order so they had plenty of time to get this order ready. Did I mention cold fries?? No sauces? All this sad service took place on June 4, 6:45 pm at the drive through. This is the best fast food by far! The chicken sandwich is fire! You can get chicken nuggets in the morning! The Polynesian sauce is the best. The fries are so good! Way better than McDonald's. I absolutely LOVE Chick-Fil-A but this specific location is a NO for me. Long wait times and no customer service skills. The service from certain employees here is TRASH. Came into this location for a nice vanilla milkshake and after ordering of course the cashier asked for my name which I gave. I sat right by the counter while waiting for my order. I watched them sit a vanilla milkshake on the counter (not sure if it's mine) but I wait for my name to be called. The employee Ms Rasha grabs the drink after about 5 mins of it sitting and being reached over ,breathed over & never calls the name on the ticket & im watching her walk the entire front with MY milkshake in hand trying to give it to OTHER customers I asked if it was mine & once she said yes I let her know I did not want that specific one due to what I saw and she immediately got UPSET and & passed it to another employee to assist me. I asked the second employee for a new milkshake she brought back the SAME one. Ms Rasha says "we made you two milkshakes you don't want either" although I already said I didnt, and it was the SAME one not a NEW one. Ultimately the level of respect and customer service from this employee is not what Chick-Fila as a company stands for. Do better! read more
