Service was good, food was delivered very fast and satisfied my need for something other than meat pies, stews and traditional Irish fare.

The service was stellar, super friendly. Staff seemed very cheerful, which gave me the impression that management was good. Our pizza was very delicious, but we felt it was rushed in the oven. The crust wasn't as crispy as we would have liked it. Mine was gluten-free and it was very good. Very beautiful quaint establishment.

Menu is filled with great options and food was delicious, however they were out of a few items on the menu. The restaurant seems to over seat guests with barely any staff which creates long wait times for food and drinks. It's very crowded and you will wait 20 minutes minimum to get a waiter after being seated and another 20 minutes to get your drinks. Definitely recommend ordering off the QR code instead. If there was more staff working, then this restaurant would be 5 stars. I would still recommend going to Zizzi as long as you don't have anywhere to be for the next few hours.

Surprisingly delicious thin crust pizzas! We sat outside, which was nice, especially since we could hear some outdoor musicians playing nearby. We had: Margherita pizza - good sauce, the perfect amount of cheese, crispy chewy thin crust Vegan veggie pizza - thin crispy chewy crust w/a good saucy vegan cheese & plops of pesto. Artichokes, broccoli, toasted pine nuts, & these super sweet teensy little bright teardrop shaped red peppers that were not hot at all. Our server was very warm, & clearly working really hard. Recommend!!

It was our last night in Dublin and our last night in Europe overall. My fiancee and I had spent the day walking around Dublin. Since COVID was just starting to gain traction, a lot of businesses had started closing. The streets were not really crowded. I wanted something with carbs and pasta came to mind, so we found this place. I believe it is a chain. The interior is pretty modern with wood floors, string lights, and tree trunk columns. It wasn't too busy either since it was around 5:30 pm when we walked in. My fiancee wasn't too hungry so he got a salad (which I think was the chicken & prosciutto salad), and I got the beef brisket and venison tagliatelle with no cheese. It was flavorful, not too gamey, and not too salty. It was also just the right amount of pasta to make you feel just full enough to not want any more pasta but just hungry enough to want dessert. So we got dessert. Again, it's been months since I was here so I don't remember which dessert we got, but luckily, the menu page on the website has pictures of all the dishes so you shouldn't forget what you had. I had the Golden Millionaire's slice for dessert and my fiancee had the chocolate melt. Holy mother of chocolate. Those two desserts were heaven. I would definitely return to this restaurant, for both the food and dessert.

    Their advertised margarita pizza

Food was horrendous and not prepared as per their description. The lasagna in their pictures looked hearty and appetizing with toasted breadcrumbs topping.... the lasagna I received was a couple slices of pasta with a little bland sauce and a slice of cheese melted over the top. The pizza was a terribly undercooked margarita pie that they didn't even include any fresh basil as advertised. It was also limp, doughy, and uncooked. Stay away from this overrated place.

The Pinoli Classic Pizza was very good! Also very large for one person.

If you go during lunch the lunch menu offers two courses for under €14, which is almost the price of just one pizza for dinner. The service was great as well. The cocktails are pricy but worth it.

This place has everything from home made pizza, to pasta, to fun drinks for kids, to free wifi! ;)Great food, will definitely go back again!

This place shocked me!…read more I found San Lorenzo's via Yelp, so thank you Yelpers! It is one of the few places in Dublin that takes American Express cards. So you can leave home without it when you come here When we asked if they had a table they said only if you are up from the table in an hour. We were hungry so we agreed The environment is dark and tasteful and lively The wine list is not good, but the food and the staff make up for everything The avocado and caprese salad was awesome The shrimp in wine sauce was off the charts delicious The chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto was delicious and the polenta and creamed corn were spectacular The monk fish wrapped in crispy pancetta on a bed of pesto basil was amazing To top it off we had the Nutella cheesecake with Carmel sauce and gelato with biscotti crumbs on top- this was surreal!!! All this and we were done with all the food, a bottle of wine and cappuccinos in an hour and never felt rushed If you are in the mood for Italian food, come to San Lorenzo's

After finishing the starter, it took a bit too long for the main dish to come out. Once it did come out, we were kind of full from the first dish. The wife for the Zucchini Primvera. The pasta seemed liked it could have been cooked a bit more. It probably needed another minute or so before it was Al Dente. Overall, the food was good and I would come back for sure.

The only thing worth having was the sample platter of the arancini balls. Even those were hard to distinguish which ones were which. Why I'll go back: wide variety of sauces lets you satisfy any craving…read moreYou HAVE to order: the arancini (how's that for a curveball) Tony's Tip: Given the generous portion size and wide variety of sauces, if you can do a group of 4-6 you'll be able to sample a lot more of the menu. Things I liked about Sprezzatura: - whatever you're in the mood for (marinara, carbonara, bolognese...), it's probably on the menu that night - the sauces are rich/heavy. I like, but maybe not everyone will. - generous portions - super friendly service Things I wasn't crazy about: - the finish on the table left a stickiness that was annoying as we sat through our meal - the kitchen door kept slamming shut (loudly) with every staff pass-through and needs some sort of better hinge or soft close mechanism - each pasta dish was a bit overrun with sauce. I might have soaked it up with some bread, but the amount was unnecessary for the pasta alone. We ordered three pastas dishes. I actually liked the one I didn't order the most - an amatriciana-like red sauce with a little spice. My wife enjoyed the Fettucini, Nduja and Mascarpone. The Mafaldine Cashel Blue (cheese) and Roasted Walnuts, which also had caramelized onions in it, was actually not as sweet as I expected (or wanted) it to be. What we did agree on, though, was how delicious the arancini was (we went with spicy sausage). I would lead with that...but don't get carried away. The wine choices were limited, but solid. And the price was very reasonable. I'd go back again (if I actually lived in Ireland!), mostly when I have a fix for a certain flavor. There was a lot of delivery business taking place during our visit. I suspect these sauces don't travel well (no firsthand experience with that), so dine in seems like the better call to me.
