Probably the worst service ever. It's unfortunate because they use to be good. The people who take the orders over the phone are rude.

I've held many events there and I've always had the best experience with customer service, quality of food and they exceeded my expectations with their food service and accommodations. Wow this place is amazing. The staff here is super friendly. We came in about an hour before closing. And they were nice enough to let us dine in. We ordered a few pizza and and appetizer. I forgot to take pictures of the pizzas but it was great. The pizzas came with alot of toppings and was very tasteful and filling. I would definitely recommend trying this place out if you haven't. Well, we had not ordered Zito's in a while but tried it tonight. It was terrible, I mean so bad we all looked at each other and started laughing. We kept trying a few more bites because we wanted pizza so bad and then we had to just throw it away. The crust was so dry it tasted stale, no sauce and just overall bad. It's never a good sign when you go online to review an establishment and you realize the first thought in your head happens to be the first line in your previous review... "The only thing consistent about this place is the bad service" and it still applies! We had actually gone here about a month ago and ordered 2 personal size pizzas and asked for both of them to be well done (we only specify that because in the past they're always doughy in the middle) 25 minutes later we were served two floppy, greasy, undercooked pizzas (see pics)... Which brings me to today, I go in (it's Wednesday at 1:00pm) to order a sandwich, ONE single sandwich, the place was 98% empty (literally 2 people in there and they were already eating) and she tells me it's going to be 20 minutes! I looked around and I looked back at her and I said 20 minutes for one sandwich? She snidely responds "YEP" I ended up leaving because I was actually heading over towards Orange so I thought I'll just go into the Orange location (Meats/Tustin Ave.) I go in, was greeted right away, they took my order and I sat down to wait for my food. Just for my own entertainment I started a stopwatch... I wanted to see how long it would take for my sandwich... It took FOUR MINUTES and 28 SECONDS to prepare/assemble, cook and package my sandwich.... Its annoying at this point and truly shows that no one cares that the service at one location is (and continues to be) TERRIBLE yet another location can be fantastic! Great management produces great employees and great food (go to the Tustin Avenue Zitos location) while poor management continues..... and continues... and continues to be poor. read more

One of the few old school sports bar/pizza places with lots of benches. My department orders our end of Christmas lunch from here every year. The margherita pizza is really good. We also get the house and antipasto salad with ranch. Lunch specials are very reasonably priced for $10 for a slice and drink, plus $2 for a salad. read more

We have been coming to this location with our kid and friends a few times. And the past visit was the first time ordering and picking up for our family. We called ahead to place our order and they were ready in 20 mins. Their magarita pizza was a huge hit; they have tomato slices, pepper and olive on top and the garlic breads and knots were so good that they kids loved them. Also ordered 4 pasta 2 different styles. Zito's Pizza is amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant for pizza. I've seen a few bad reviews, and have no idea what they are talking about! I love their cheese and pepperoni pizza (their pepperoni is delicious)! The food is very high quality, especially their New York style pizza dough and sauces. They always have great deals going on too! I got a large one topping for $17. The service is amazing here as well. Sarahi was so sweet at the front, and the staff has been helpful and kind every time I have been here. The restaurant has great ambiance, and is super fun! They have a ton of seating indoors and outdoors. They also have a variety of arcade games, which makes this a super fun place to bring your kids! Yesterday I visited the Anaheim Hills location after having some past issues at the Tustin and Meats location. The difference between the two was extremely noticeable. At Tustin and Meats, my order was messed up, nothing was ready, and my concerns were brushed off. When I arrived at Anaheim Hills, my order was initially mixed up as well, and I was frustrated, thinking it would be a repeat experience. However, the manager, Kassandra, completely turned things around. She was very accommodating, took the time to explain what was going on, and made sure everything was corrected. All I can say is the garlic knots are to die for! I always get the knots & the wings well baked with xtra buffalo sauce and they are always on point! This location is pretty big and they're always playing the sports on the TVs . I came in this past Sunday and they had HAPPY HOUR all day Long!!!! We were able to enjoy the football game plus a few pitchers of beer! ( they were on happy hour so why not?!) definitely coming back! Very disappointed with the food and service for the second time. First time had an overcooked pizza that they refused to redo or comp. Last night it took them two hours to get a carryout ready and the candied walnut salads were terrible. The candied walnuts were in big hard balls That had a burned flavor. Don't understand how this place is in business. I only ever see softball and baseball teams with parents at the restaurant as the chain does sponsor many local teams and maybe that's how they stay in business? Pizza was overcooked with not much flavor. The wings were undercooked and fatty and my husband and I got different beers and they were both flat. My kids like the video games which is why my husband dragged me there in the first place. We live up the street so the location is what sold my husband. However the pizza wasn't great when we tried it when we first moved here 9 years ago and it hasn't improved. Hopefully my husband won't drag us back.
