It's a professional office that looks like an adorable big house on a safe, well manicured street in an easy to find area. (With plenty of parking) and inside it looks like a home really rooted in family values. The reception desk is big and relaxed next to a homey waiting room lined with windows. The dental chairs are private, and they have instant x-rays, water picks to get your teeth extra clean, and the kindest warmest staff helping their patients feel comfortable. Anything you might need, they have thought of it already. I have sensitive teeth so I was offered numbing cream for my gums before I started my cleaning. - there were even kids having a fun time at their appointments, and they had toys to pick from at the end. Dr. Elizabeth Spindel is kind, warm and positive too. Like I have known her forever. She made me feel confident about my teeth and was just so positive and fun to work with. She is so attentive to detail that she can even work preventatively. Meaning, she can catch things that other dentists or doctors may not notice... even before it's a problem or a health concern. I'm just so impressed. Dr. Victoria Spindel, Elizabeth's daughter, feels like a friend I immediately clicked with. She is laid back and incredibly intelligent. Her explanations have such care and professional detail, and yet she's easy to understand without needing her to repeat. I love that they're a mother-daughter team too! It feels wholesome and trustworthy in there. And as lame as I'm making myself look, it's cute that it seems like love is their secret ingredient. Friendly and gentle. I had x-rays done so that meant a routine of insert; bite down; hold still; repeat for about twenty minutes. A little uncomfortable but she was as gentle as she could be. I was impressed by the amount of time Dr. Jeff spent when coming in to say 'hello'. At my previous dental office I think the dentist breezed through for approximately 10 seconds. Jeff took time to greet me, ask how I was doing, check my teeth, and answer my questions. I felt respected and taken care of. When I requested a follow-up appointment to have a new retainer made they squeezed me in early one morning so I could make it in and then get to work - I really appreciated their effort! The technician who did my impressions was awesome; great sense of humor and made the process as fun as it could be when you're having goop-filled molds pressed into your gums. We requested that our records be sent from our dentists to thier office so that Dr Amer would have our dental histories. 8 phone calls since April 29, our previous dentist office sent the records via thier email portal 4 different times & they say they never got them. 6/5/26 I called to ensure the records were there prior to my 6/23/26 appt & the receptionist said she would call them to ensure that the records got received & assured me she had my husband's records there on file. When I showed up at 8a 6/23, they said they didn't have my records & would call them that morning to get them, I said I would reschedule. I came back to the office the next afternoon & asked at the desk for the office manager & the person I asked said she was the manager. I told her the ordeal that I have been going thru with trying to get my records to them despite the other dental office sending them multiple times. She said they could do the exam & xrays to determine what would be needed. I said that the dentist should have my history. She said she would call them & that the other office didn't send them otherwise they would be there & I told her my husband's dentist had the same problem but that I was told they got his records. She looked & said they didn't have his records either. I got even more upset & frustrated at that since the person IN HER OFFICE had told me his records were there.
