I just wanted to give a shout out to Zion Harley in St. George Utah. On a road trip with some friends and I had an issue with my bike. First I met with Makenna and Chantel, the got me checked in right away. They knew I was traveling so I was in a hurry if possible and they expedited then I met Cache the service manager, he knew I was traveling and got me in for my repair immediately and got me back on the road in 2 hours! Can't recommend Zion and these three people enough!! Thank you Zion Harley!! read more

Zion Harley-Davidson is one of the nicest Harley-Davidson dealerships I have ever been in! The look and feel are amazing only outdone by the friendly and well informed staff led by the super charismatic general Manager Laura! My buddy had a 1k service on his new bike riding in from L.A. and they took us right in and performed the recommended service! I travel all over hot U.S.A. On my Harley-Davidson and I highly recommend stopping here for a visit! read more

I am not feeling good with the service that I received. I had this location take my Sportster for a service estimate. They suggested that I needed close to $1,000 repair on a bike that was serviced by Summit Harley just 8 weeks prior. I spent $3,000 to get the bike road worthy the first time in Linden. Zion Harley suggested that the carburetor needed to be rebuilt and other items. The prior repair had a carburetor rebuilt. I mentioned that I thought this was wrong and they would not listen to me. I took the bike back and Harley Summit said a hose had come unclamped and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Meaning Zion Harley was intending me to incur the $1,000 work for an unclamped hose. In working through this problem, I learned that this is a common practice of Zion Harley Service department. They have lost my trust. read more

WARNING Do not take your Harley here for service! I had to bring my bike back 3 times for them to redo the work on my bike. And Had them put bag crash bars on my road glide and the lazy service tec did not! even take the time to adjust the hard bag to set properly on the bag bar frame and rubbed the paint raw on my bags. I see a pattern here from LVHD and ZION HD same company. Basically same low quality service same old song and dance. Do your self and your bike a favor. Find a shop that has any feeling for another persons property. I don't have any trust in them any more. read more

Purchased a 25 Lowrider S a few days ago. Great experience. Trailered my trade in to the shop. Garrett my sale guy was great. No hard sales pitch, explained everything, very professional and friendly. Was given a great price on my trade, and a nice discount on the FXLRS. Needed to hit the mens rooms before heading home. Came out to find staff had loaded and expertly tied down the Lowrider on the trailer. Thanks to all! read more

Took the rider classes and I loved them; was exactly what I needed to start me into the motorcycle world. Having never been in the driver seat of a bike it felt odd to be placed on one and then free rein told to "go"; I'm a fast learner though. My only complaint was I wish we would have gotten on the bikes during day 3 and would have been granted the ability to ride around for a few minutes as a refreshed to the day before; instead we got on and were immediately thrust into figure 8's and tight turns when I could barely remember everything from the day before. In any event, I highly recommend the classes to new and experienced riders! Dettlef, our instructor was amazing! Perfect blend of knowledgable course material, personal stories that illustrated lessons learned, humor and dedication, he made the class fun and engaging! read more

I was ordered to get the fuck out of the store. I tried to return a windshield for a friend. No one was in parts. I tried to leave it with the guy in the front office. He ordered me to take it to parts. I told him I was just back there but no one was there. He yelled at me. I just played it on his desk. He called me a asshole. Then told me to get out the fuck out of his store. He got in my face and ordered me out. I thought I was going to get pummeled so I left. I tried telling him I owned a new Harley. He said he didn't give a fuck and get the fuck out. Wow that's customer service. read more

We took a road trip up to Utah from California and of course, being avid harley riders, had to stop at the Zion harley for a shirt. My husband and I and our kids walked in and the bike salesmen looked at us with all of our kids, figured we weren't interested in buying a bike, and quickly went into their offices which was totally fine with us! The merch saleswoman greeted us and were very nice. We ended up buying 2 shirts. The reason for 4/5 stars is the prices are just ridiculous now for shirts. Their selection was also really really small, especially with it being such a popular destination harley. read more

Who couldn't work at his location? What a beautiful view!!! And not in the middle of a town. I drove up from Las Vegas to see what ZionHD had to offer. Well.........not much. But if you needed repair they have a shop for that. The staff was very friendly. They only had about 15-20 bikes for sale. They did have a 2016 StreetGlide with the upgraded Nightmare paint scheme. looked awesome!!! And my wife loved the looks of the crushed ice pearl/teal deluxe. All in all it was a nice Memorial Day drive to get out of the big city. At least we got to see some bikes. Stop by on your next visit thru St. George. read more

Zion Harley Davison service Manager is great and doing his best to accommodate his customers during the pandemic. It must be frustrating for him to help his customers when the parts that he needs don't arrive on time. Many customers do not understand that and give bad reviews. Service Manager Cashe is great and his assistant Chantal was nice, efficient, and friendly. We happen to notice an excellent customer service. Keep it up guys, you're awesome. read more

Its cool that theres a Harley Dealer near Zion. Nice stop for a tshirt or poker chip. There werent that many customers when we were there. I was pretty excited to see some of the new bikes I was eyeballing in the 2018 selection. We spent over an hour there looking at bikes, the ladies were shopping for tshirts and who knows what. I felt like a lot of the shirts seemed pretty dated with outdated designs on it, probably some my gpa would love. No one asked me if I needed help at all which was weird. The ladies made their purchase and we were on our way. Nice pit stop for a poker chip. read more

I've driven by Zion Harley- Davidson a few times on the way to and from St. George. I decided to stop today just to see the store and also see what selection they had. I've visited several dealerships across the country and this fits right in with many of those the same size. Now, I did not purchase anything (sure could have) nor did I have any dealings with the shop. I wanted to comment on the store and the staff. I arrived when the opened and I found the staff extremely professional. My main interaction was with Scott, who actually approached me shortly after I walked in the door. We talked about a bike sitting on the floor that I could have easily purchased right then and there. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and he was not pushy! I appreciated that. We talked some trade numbers and the usual. I also spoke with a very nice lady working the clothing area. She was very personable and professional. I walked around and looked at their stock of clothing and accessories. The selection for us larger framed guys was a bit slim, but I saw their stock pretty much the same as many other stores. They just don't have a huge amount of updated, Utah themed clothing as you might find in similar stores. But they did have some nice selections especially if you are 2X and under. This is the closest dealership to me and after first impressions, I was very pleased. Now mind you, I did not purchase or use the shop, but my first impression is what determines if I go to the next level (getting my bike serviced or purchasing a new bike) or basically returning. The answer, of course, is yes! read more

Awesome staff, service is professional and well done . I had a accident on my bike they took it in and had no problem getting the ball rolling for me , I was distressed after accident and the service desk gentleman put me at ease and kept everything calm for me. Great team read more

My wife and I rented a Harley out of Vegas, and rode up to spend a few days seeing the national parks. On day 1, 30 miles into the trip, we picked up a nail and got a flat. The wrecker picked us up and dropped us at Zion Harley to get a new tire. The service manager and his whole team was amazing. They literally put us at the front of the line, put on a new tire, and off we went. We only missed a half day. Cache money the service manager was great, and so was his entire staff. read more

I bought a bike with a existing safety hazard and it was never repaired. I lost all lights on the bike at 70mph at 9:30 at night on my way home. I was told that the bike passed inspection and that was it it was up to me to pay to have it repaired. It's all about ripping people off in the name of money. it was a 13k used bike that you can't ride at night. Thank you Zion Harley Davidson read more

Broke down 2 miles out of Cedar City, Ut.On a Sunday. Reached out to dealer via Facebook and got an immediate response (AWESOME - when you're sitting on side of road) Had bike towed to dealership. was told they would get on it on Tuesday morning. Made contact Tuesday morning, and bike was done Wednesday morning. Shop did a GREAT job fixing my bike, and the ladies in motor-clothes mailed a box home for us ! AWESOME experience with ALL (service and Motor Clothes) at this dealership. Young lady at the Service desk, and the service manager were both really great to deal with Highly recommend this dealership . read more

On our way to Sturgis and needed our Harley worked on suddenly. Stopped here they got us right in and back on the road! Thanks so much!

Don't take your bike here for service!!!! I brought my wide glide down to have a relay replaced so my left turn signal and rear brake light would work. They said it would take a week to get the part and then a day to fix. I had to call them after two weeks and ask about my bike. It seems they forgot about it because the service manager told me he got the part but my bike is wasn't ready yet and I could get it the next day. I went to pick it up and as I was checking it I noticed my front brake light was now not working. When I asked about it I was told " I thought that is how you had it set up because a lot of guys around here don't want the police to see them put on their brakes." Then I find out later they didn't replace the bolt that holds my passenger seat and rack onto the fender. I don't know who he was trying to bullshit but I wasn't buying it. This is supposed to be an authorized dealership and they want me to believe it is common practice to let a bike leave their shop with illegal modifications? Do not trust them they have gone downhill since I bought my bike there 5 years ago. read more

I went there today and look for someone to help me since the place was empty finally a girl came out and didn't even had a clue of what she need it to do. I need it to return some items the I ordered online, and the receipt clearly says I can return it at any location. This girl can not even pick up the phone and call someone the can hide her what to do. She simply said you got to call customer service since you're the one the order online, this place just doesn't have the right personal of has to trained employees the right way to treat a customer. read more

I have been taking my Ultra Classic in to this dealership for service for the last 7 years for my 5000 miles maintenance. I ride about 10,000 miles per year. They used to really to a great job changing out tires and taking care of other things but lately the service has been terrible. ie: parts left off the bike, new tire white walls still covered with blue soap, wiring harnesses out of place, no follow up calls, no cleaning, etc. A real disappointment now in owning a Harley. I hope they clean up their act! read more

What a great staff very happy with my purchase. Thank you for the time you gave us after hours.

Zion Harley is the best, thank you Robert, Cache and especially Chantal.

This Harley really out did themselves....a group of 10 of us rented bikes in Vegas to ride for the week to various places and had issues with the bikes and luckily this Harley was on the map. EVERY EMPLOYEE at this Harley went above and beyond with their politeness and help with issues from shipping clothes we bought to fixing our bike problems. Everyone there was a breath of fresh air...this Harley is a MUST stop and shop Harley for sure!! read more

I was passing through Zion on a road trip and thought it would be a cool place to pick up a shirt so I stopped in the HD store in Zion. I found a shirt in the clearance section that was marked at $5. I took it to the register and it rang up at $30. I picked up the shirt to look for the $5 tag and it wasn't there. I told the girl that the shirt should have rung up at $5 and that it had a $5 tag on it and she looked at me like I was stupid. I asked her where the $5 tag was and she said "oh, I took it off. It's right here." She showed me the crumbled $5 tag and said it was from an old sale and that it should have been removed but she missed it and then her and the manager refused to sell the shirt at the marked price. I ended up buying a different shirt but I really wish I hadn't given them my business at all. read more

We stopped in on our way through Utah on vacation. We were immediately greeted by a very pleasant salesman. While my husband visited with him I headed for the ladies apparel and met a very nice young lady. She was so friendly and professional. when we travel we always enjoy stopping at different HD dealers along the way. We stopped in Zion a few days ago and were greeted by friendly staff and was told we could park our rig their while we made the trip to the Park. Before leaving the store we bought over $300.00 worth of gifts and accessories from a very helpful and friendly lady in parts. The woman working the cash register informed us they didnt do the $300.00 promotion which every other HD store was giving and was very rude, her manager needs to ask her if she was having a bad day or if she hates her job. She was so rude and unpleasant we wouldn't even enter the store after returning from the Park. Its people like her that ruin a shopping experience. read more

We awesome customer service from the retail and the service departments. The service department was able to fix my motorcycle and get back on the road quickly. Robert, the service department manager, explain everything thoroughly and even brought out the old parts to show us the issues with the bike. They even washed it for me. Super large retail section with a great selection without the same old stuff as other Harley dealers. The employees do go up and above for you. Their selection of new and used bikes was slim but we were not in the market for another bike. Very Professional. Definitely would recommend you stop by and check them out. read more
