Stewart was the person that helped us. He explained everything and let us tested out first. We rented a double plus a pet carrier for our dog. Which was so much fun for all of us. Only reason why I would only gave a 4 stars is because their cancellation policy. The night before our ride, the whole town and town next to us electricity was out for several hour. So we thought of just driving home if the electricity wasn't going turn on soon. We had asked if we can cancel because of this and they said no refund. Only a credit to use within 2 yrs. Even if it is due to weather. Electricity did come back on 3 hrs later. So I'm glad everything turns out good. Beside that I would go back and rent from them again.

We spoke with Fiona the day prior to when we wanted to go e-biking. She was able to help and accommodate with last minute reservations and my group was able to complete the waiver ahead of time. Once you arrive, they'll have you watch a quick safety video and then explain the mechanics of the e-bike. It's fairly easy and straightforward. Their shop offered options for e-bikes, but they will assign one to you based on your needs. Be sure to ask if one with a basket is available! They are a game changer. If you plan on doing the Narrows, their e-bikes do have a compartment near the back tire to insert your hiking stick. Another thing to note, they have parking available behind their shop. The entrance is in the side of the building with the light gravel. Very convenient since you don't need to worry about street parking. We had no issues whatsoever during the trip. We even had some guests inquire about our e-bikes and where we rented them since they didn't seem too fond of what they rented themselves. We had zero complaints and only good things to tell them. Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Seeing crowds of tourists in identical boots carrying the same poles felt like classic herd behavior and an unnecessary upsell. I was wrong. The rocks in The Narrows are uneven, slippery, and constantly changing. The boots provided great traction, and the pole was invaluable for both balance and gauging water depth. Could you buy cheaper gear for about the same price? Probably. But it likely wouldn't be as good, and you'd have to carry it around. Sometimes there's a good reason to follow the herd. This was one of those times.

We stumbled upon this shop, met the owner, Hunter, who is an impressive young entrepreneur, he gave us the pro-tip that we could completely bypass the shuttles and instead see the entire park by bike and OH MY WORD was this the secrets of all secrets. I hate even sharing that secret and would rather gatekeep, but it made all the difference and seeing the park by bike was even more impressive than the actual hikes and trails themselves. This now is our second time, we brought our kids and I know my 14 yo is about to have the time of his life experiencing the park by bike (those teenagers need a little more thrill than a shuttle). We met Annie yesterday and she went above and beyond to make sure we had good bikes that fit our family as well as was accommodating in getting us last min reservations. This is the spot.

Forrest struck the perfect balance -- fun, knowledgeable, and great with kids -- so everyone felt completely safe and comfortable while still having an amazing time. Our 9- and 11-year-olds crushed 50-foot rappels and were so proud of themselves. Highly recommend, and we'd book with Forrest and Zion Adventures again without hesitation. We also rented our Narrows gear through them, using the new Virgin location instead of Springdale. It was more convenient for us since we were staying in Hurricane, making it easy to pick up gear the night before. Easy process, and Maile made sure we had everything we needed plus all the info necessary to stay safe on the hike. One tip: if you're not staying in Springdale and are booking a canyoneering tour, book the Virgin location. It's right by Kolob Canyon Road where Lambs Knoll is, so it saves you the drive into Springdale.

Their team members really helped us have a good time, and their customer service was great. They are very nice, helpful and they explained everything we needed to know to ride the bike. The bikes were all working properly when we got them! We spent some time exploring Zion with the E-Bikes. Using E-Bikes helped us explore at Zion the area at a lot faster pace than if we had been using traditional bicycles. One big advantage is being able to see the beautiful Zion views without having to worry about where you will be able to park your car too! We would rent from Greater Zion E-Bikes again, and would definitely recommend them to everyone who comes to Zion and is interested in using E-Bike rentals!

They came with a bike lock rental so that you can store your bike while you go on hikes in Zion. The bikes themselves are very light-weight yet still very stable. My dad and I used these bikes to bike all the way to the Temple of Sinawava, and I have not stopped raving about it to all of my friends. If you are in shape to do this, biking Zion is actually the KEY to getting some of the best views of your life. Biking is SO much better than waiting in line for literally hours or waking up before the crack of dawn to still wait in line for hours. I was honestly kind of tired and definitely feeling lazy, and woke up at 10am and thought we were done for (hearing all the horror stories about wait times). However, we breezed right in and had absolutely no wait time in any lines. I'm telling you all, biking into Zion is literally the BEST kept secret to skipping ALL of the lines and waits. FYI - The buses have right of way in the park, so practice braking and pulling off to the side so that buses can pass you on your bike ride in the park. Buses typically will not pass you unless you have at least one leg down on the ground.
