I was able to see this podiatrist at the last minute a couple of weeks ago. I work two jobs- one of…read morethem has me stand for hours- and I really overstrained my right foot shortly after Thanksgiving. I was having a lot of pain walking and this office was able to fit me in on the same day shortly before they closed. It's a very clean, modern designed facility. The only downside of this place was that the TV in the main lobby plays pretty loudly and when you get to the back waiting rooms, the music they play is blaring and really distracting. I had a hard time trying to hear myself or try to explain my symptoms to the doctor because I thought that the music/radio was distracting. They checked to see if I had any bone spurs and had me do an x-ray, which I didn't think was necessary, because I wasn't in that sort of pain. I've seen many podiatrists over the years as I've had surgeries for ingrown toenails. I also have a circulatory disease called chronic venous insufficiency, which I've also had multiple surgeries. Since I was the last appointment, I felt as if the doctor was rushing me a little bit when I was trying to explain my symptoms, but he attributed it my foot pain to a stiff calf muscle. He gave me a couple of orthopedic-like shape ware to put into my shoes. I go back in a few weeks for a follow up appointment, but I'm still not 100% better. We'll see what happens.

Wait room was small and every chair was filled. Took about 30 minutes to be called into one of the exam rooms. Another 15 minutes before the doctor came in. Dr. Thomas D Nelson is one Cool doctor! He immediately made me feel at ease. He took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. It was worth the wait. Been feeling much better since he took care of my foot issues. They were so kind to my kids and made sure my son was comfortable before even touching his foot. Back in 2021 when we were still struggling with COVID, I was going through chemo. It had the unfortunate side effect of destroying my feet. My oncologist was worried I'd get an infection or hurt myself if my toe nails were not addressed immediately.
