We were ultimately turned away because the order required a formal doctor's visit, forcing us to reschedule. ​We returned the following week--another 3+-hour drive--only to be told the order was no longer valid, despite having a later expiration date. After waiting an hour for our doctor's office to send a new order, we were told the doctor was at lunch, fully booked for the day, and we would have to reschedule again. ​Driving 12 hours total across multiple weeks with absolutely zero care provided is unacceptable. The aloofness of the front desk personnel and the lack of internal communication is astounding. Management seriously needs to review patient files ahead of time to ensure everything is in order before forcing people to travel these distances.

Some days they send us here and sometimes they send us out, so really not sure how they are linked. Each time I have visited, it's always been a gentleman that has done our X-rays and every time he has saw any of us, he was very pleasant and professional. Service is always quick and once everything is done, we usually walk back over to Mohawk Medical Group and they already have our information. This place is located in the same area as Mohawk Medical Group, but it's a building over. I have never saw their lobby busy and the wait time before being called back has never been more than 20min. The building is clean and the staff is pleasant. I would definitely love to come back if they send us here for X-rays.

I was there for another child who had a toothache. They developed some type of fungus disease in the ER with all these nasty sick people that they want you to sit next to even in the same chair that a person that had in either digging in a butt or in their nose or had the flu without cleaning the chairs, they never clean their chairs yet they want you to constantly sit down and wait for someone to come and see you it's atrocious. And a breeding ground for diseases. The name of the disease he caught was. Feet hand and mouth their bumps develop at the bottom of your feet palm your hands, and in your mouth you get a fever really bad and feel very sick for the first day after that you gotta deal with the rashes that last for two weeks, I never in my life heard of something like this until I had to take my son to our primary doctor to be checked out. They have no Health cautious a Ville environment inside of that ER. I advise if you can go to any other hospital do not go there cause you will catch hepatitis A through Z while trying to address whatever else you have came into the ER .

He listens to all of your issues and works quickly to take care of you and help you get better. Their office will also coordinate with your insurance if you have it for referrals. I never left their office unhappy, I always left feeling relieved I received the care and treatment I needed. This office was a life saver for me last year when I broke my foot and I found out my other doctor thru insurance had let me go as a patient from there practice without telling me. I would suggest this for anyone and everyone!
