The girl at the front desk was really polite and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and plenty of chairs to sit in. The girl who took me back was really nice and explained clearly where to change, use the temporary locker and where to sit. My scan went by fast. The nurse who put my IV, the nurse who setup the machine for the contrast and the MRI technician were very professional clear and welcoming. It was a great experience for a 61 year old senior. When we finally got to the front of the line, despite having provided the copy of the appointment confirmation, the gal still looked at me dumbfounded. Upon entering, there's a whole side of at least 4 clerks who check in customers and process insurance information. Their vibes were off because it looks like they are all miserable.. on an early Monday morning no less. People come to this establishment, not because they want to, but because they need to. Whether it's a simple x-ray, mammogram or an MRI, people at the customer desk need to show a bit more compassionate. Yes, it's monotonous work but it's important work. The radiologic techs are excellent. Just by observing from the lobby, they show care when dealing with patients. Administrative clerks on the other hand, worst customer service I've seen as of late from a medical facility.

From patient care, to their daily duties. It was nice with no TVs on in the waiting areas this time. While I wish I could skip the check in process, I know that the consistency in application helps the staff and the patient. The only thing I could recommend is that they make so minor repairs to a few things, like the blinds and the restroom could use some repairs.

There were multiple x rays open and staff sitting around, while I was in immense pain sitting in a chair for 2 hours. I cannot grieve they recommended me here. 90% of the people working here seemed like they couldn't wait to leave, and did not seem like they genuinely cared to help

After the MRI, she was also very helpful, getting me a CD of my MRI and also letting me know that the results had already been directly sent to my doctor. Great employee! However, the young man who actually did my MRI was not warm and friendly, and when I saw something that looked like a chair in the room and asked him about that, stating that I was there for a standing MRI, he assertively informed me there was "no such thing" as a standing MRI, which is what I was there for. And he's very wrong, as it's even on their website that they have it, although they call it a Fast Front Open MRI. So even though I have injuries from my neck to my tailbone, I still had to sit on a 2" cushion for 30 minutes, being told I could not move at all for that entire time or he was going to have to start over again. So this was NOT a good experience from him, and I contacted management there and informed them of what he had said and how he said it, and suggested he needed more training to be familiar with not only the treatment options offered there. but also what is posted on the website. I'm surprised all the time at how a lot of these types of positions filled by employees who seem totally unaware or I'm concerned that the people they're dealing with in these medical offices are in acute pain, and to be spoken to with empathy and compassion. They need training on body language, tone of voice, eye contact, and the correct and caring terminology to use to speak to patients.

Good movie selection, to take your mind off the cramped space. I'm not claustrophobic but I don't think I've ever sat in the same position with my shoulders pressed forward for that long before. Comfort level was a 10/10. They opened at 615am for me and it made the experience quick and easy. The lady at the front of the office was kind and ready to get me into the back to get things started. Once I was in the back they got me in the room and set me up on the machine. Overall care and quality was excellent.

Some days they send us here and sometimes they send us out, so really not sure how they are linked. Each time I have visited, it's always been a gentleman that has done our X-rays and every time he has saw any of us, he was very pleasant and professional. Service is always quick and once everything is done, we usually walk back over to Mohawk Medical Group and they already have our information. This place is located in the same area as Mohawk Medical Group, but it's a building over. I have never saw their lobby busy and the wait time before being called back has never been more than 20min. The building is clean and the staff is pleasant. I would definitely love to come back if they send us here for X-rays.

I typically go to the KR location on Stockdale Hwy but chose the Brimhall location this time. It seems to be a newer location focusing specifically on women's imaging. My initial appointment went smoothly I suspect because I was the first appointment of the day. I was first in and first out; however, by the time I left, the waiting room was packed. I'm sure there is a lot going on but it was still surprising to see so many people waiting when the office just opened. The mammogram exam itself was exactly what I would expect. The technician was friendly and certainly helped me take my mind off what I was doing. As it turned out, I was called back a few days and scheduled to have a repeat of the mammogram and an ultrasound. There was no explanation given when they made the appointment, but I will take a little responsibly on that. They do give you paperwork explaining how to access your report. On a positive note, when I spoke with the gal who took me back, she made a copy of my report. This time, my appointment was scheduled at 10:40am and I was told I needed to arrive by 10:20am. I arrived at 10:30. I was called back around 11:15. The waiting room was very full. I finished my repeat mammogram and an ultrasound and was out of the office before noon. My issue and reason for the 3 starts is that I had to go through the entire routine as if something might have changed in 1 week's time. It is irritating enough to fill out the same paperwork each year, but it is ridiculous to fill out the same paperwork and provide your insurance when you were seen a week prior. It's as if they would not take into consideration the stress someone is going through to even attend an appointment. There seemed to be no effort to be of help to the patient. It's all on you. The office staff was pleasant but again they just were not working for the patient but merely doing a job. They didn't even seem to empathize with how silly it was to repeat this process. They just told me to take it up with the technician, as if they could not share what I shared with them. Again, all on you. In this situation, it seems it would be entirely appropriate to make a copy of my previous paperwork and allow for me to give a new date and signature or initials. I did take it up when I went back and the feedback I got made sense. Still irritating but at least I did not feel as though no one ever has this issue.

My mom was visiting from out of town so we wanted to surprise her. We showed up on time and they moved us in quickly, they sat us down went over details let us take pictures, made my girlfriend feel relaxed, even the baby inside was happy moving around. They really cared about our experience. We picked two stuffed animals with our son's heartbeat and they gave us free pictures too. Loved the entire experience

He listens to all of your issues and works quickly to take care of you and help you get better. Their office will also coordinate with your insurance if you have it for referrals. I never left their office unhappy, I always left feeling relieved I received the care and treatment I needed. This office was a life saver for me last year when I broke my foot and I found out my other doctor thru insurance had let me go as a patient from there practice without telling me. I would suggest this for anyone and everyone!

Instead of just calling the Chester location to see if they were offering x-rays, she told us we could drive over there ourselves and check. Unhelpful and lazy. I ended up calling and was told that Chester was providing x-rays but that the wait time would be extra long because this location wasn't doing them. How do we have only one location on a Friday doing x-rays? They won't be starting them again until Monday as if people don't have full time Jovan
