I would definitely recommend Dr. Chris Seely. I have been going to car practic care consistently for the past 32 years. But as I've gotten older and had other health issues, such as fibromyalgia the normal twisting and manipulation of the neck, back and hips have not worked as well for me. I started seeing Dr. Seely in July. He did his homework, had several x-rays taken on my neck and back studied them then he met with me and explained what was going on in a very clear and knowledgeable way. I must admit I was a little skeptical after the first adjustment. It was so much easier on my body than the traditional car practic care I was used to. I am happy to say he has helped me tremendously with the pain in my whole body! The other thing I so appreciate about Dr. Seely is that he still continues to take his time with me and to make sure that my Spine is in line. I had nearly given up hope after repeated attempts at physical therapy, countless injections and a steady diet of pain pills. I when I finally decided to take a chance on upper cervical chiropractic, my life changed. Within a few sessions I realized the need for pills had all but disappeared and my flexibility and range of motion began to improve. Within a month or so I was able to begin working out again and have since lost well over 40lbs. I have spina bifida. My job, for the last year, requires me to lift heavy boxes and mop floors, along with standing/walking everyday.
