On top of that, the office failed to follow through on an insurance appeal they said they would submit, repeatedly requested documents already provided, and did not respond to my insurance company resulting in a denial. Clear communication and follow-through are essential in healthcare, and that was lacking here.

I did lymphatic massage religiously to help with fibrosis and I now look completely deformed, and will never wear a two piece swimsuit again. All I wanted was to not look square and have my waist brought in. I told him that, on the day of surgery, and he said yes, yes, I can make you look like you've been to the gym. I didn't have a chance to take a look and see what he meant because it was the day of my lipo. But any artist would have never sculpted these weird looking abs on a person that is curvy. I should've never touched my stomach if I knew this is what he had planned for me. It felt like I was an experiment for him and that he just learned how to sculpt abs and then practiced on me. Run don't walk away from this man. He will sweet talk you, and then butcher you. Not a board certified "plastic surgeon." Just a plastic surgeon.

They have a sign out front that states "if you're more than 15 minutes late, you have to reschedule. But we wait and wait to be called, or seen and they don't take that into consideration. Obviously we're not the only person, or people in the waiting room but a courtesy call to let us know you'd be calling late would be nice !! It's ridiculous how they expect you to be on time but they can take their sweet ass time to call you or see you. Just ridiculous. I don't know how I feel about today. The staff just doesn't care one bit. This is not the first time it happens or the worse experience I've had. Now I have to wait till next week Wednesday to talk to my provider because she is only there wednesdays . Just fucken ridiculous!! I have more to add but I'm going to leave it at that. I made an appointment for a lipo B shot since they had a deal for it. I paid for a total of 6 shots. Booked my appointment for a 2nd shot on a Saturday at 11:15am. I showed up to my appointment and the clinic was closed. I called multiple times and waited outside until 11:50am. No one showed up or answered the phone. I ended up sending a msg on Instagram and was told the clinic didn't open until 2pm. Why would they schedule an appointment at 11:15 if the clinic doesn't open until 2pm?? I called and made an appointment for a Friday everything went well I got my 2nd shot and booked a new appointment for the 3rd shot. 3rd shot appointment I showed up and AGAIN the clinic is closed. I called multiple times again and waited an hour outside. The next day I got a txt from a number saying the clinic was unfortunately closed and to let them know when else i would be available to reschedule. At this point it's happened 2 times that I been scheduled, showed up, and they are closed. So I asked for a refund for the rest of the shots I didn't get. I was told a manager would touch base but never happened. They kept my money never called me back and didn't provide me the service I paid for.
