Came here last second to get my suit altered and pressed. It was an emergency and I literally had a couple of hours before my event. They take care of me right when I walked in and the manager made it all happen right away. Simply told me to grab a bite at the food court, stroll the mall for a little and all the changes will be made and taken care of in that time. I did not believe it honestly but after coming back, everything was done perfectly. The quality was beyond great, especially given such short notice. I was in shock. I went there with a suit purchased from Macy's to have it altered . I received excellent service and attention as if I had purchased one of their high quality suits. I was happy with the first alteration but, Moosa suggested the pants should be slightly shorter. I valued his opinion and he said he could do it in 10 minutes. Went in to buy a suit for my son for his prom. He knew exactly what he wanted and had dragged me to several different retailers. From the moment we walked into the packed store, Ortiz treated my son like a king and like he was the only one that was in the store! My husband and I had been shopping around from a bright blue tuxedo for our wedding day. Men's warehouse did not carry that color but frairs did and he put a down payment down however he was not satisfied with the service nor quality of the tuxedo. We were shopping around at the mall and we stepped in zilas and Jose immediately helped us. The real reason we stepped in there was to look for a winged out shirt for his tuxedo. I noticed the same color blue we wanted and I asked Jose if 1.5 weeks was enough time to rent a tuxedo for our big day-it was not a problem. He took my husbands measurements and asked if we needed anything else. Off we went as satisfied customers. I'm not writing this review solely to mention we found the color tuxedo we wanted with better service but because Jose went above and beyond for the wedding party in a short period of time. The rest of our party was renting there tuxedo from mens warehouse and had to pick up there tuxedo two days before. Well they did and it was a complete disaster. The tuxedos were ridiculously big, like if someone were swimming in there clothes. We asked if it can be corrected and they said that's how it is since it's a rental. My husband called Jose right away and told him the situation and he said come on over I will see what I can do. Sure thing Jose made it happen in just 2 days before the wedding.
