I have used Zierer since the 90's. The company is great and they know how to expedite, and minimize problems.

I just got a 5 year visa that a different company told me I couldn't get. Jenny and the entire team made this stress free. I loved working with Texas Tower passport and visa services.

Came here for the first time. My son has a Japan trip coming up in August and we mistakenly assumed…read morethat his passport was good for 10yrs, buuuuut luckily I checked (better later than too late) and realized it was expired last year! I had an appointment at my local post office last Friday and it was the only appointment available until late July. We show up and the passport clerk called in sick and cancelled all the appointments. I was so pissed and also worried because I don't know what else to do so I Google searched what my options were and I came across this place. Please don't get me wrong, I was a bit skeptical about this place, just seemed like a scam or shady, but after some research, I decided to give it a go because we were desperate to get this down in time especially because I'm flying out of state this weekend and won't return until the end of July so I had to help my son out now. Anyways, staff member Jenny helped me over the phone answering the infinite questions that I had for her. She was super friendly, patient and thorough with me so I can better under what I need to do and why. This was on a Friday on the phone with her and I'm located about 2hrs from their office. She's off on Mondays, but she prepped a packet for me to show up on Monday when she didn't have to. She did this off of pure good faith that I'd show up and not ditch. Upon coming to their office, the small and dark parking lot was super empty and there was a homeless guy sleeping on the ground along the stairwell and front entrance. It gave me the feeling again that the good-to-be-true awesome service, was at this shady looking place. It just so happens that that we were just there early and more cars started to fill up the lot. Another staff member, Ricardo helped me and he was super fast and friendly. We showed up at 9am and were out the door before 930am to go to an USPS appointment that Jenny set for me. It was a farther, but necessary drive to take care of this process today so that I'm not driving back and forth. Once we were done with the Post Office, we returned to drop off the sealed envelope so that it could be FedEx'd the next day for processing. Because this was considered "expedited," I had to pay $580 for the whole process plus $35 Post Office processing fee and an extra $45 fee for FedEx services to have it shipped to my house overnight once the Post Office does their part. This office did all the work and we just had to sign and go tot the Post Office. I wouldn't be paying this much if I just paid attention to my son's passport expiration date, but this was a hard lesson learned and timing was against us. Overall, I definitely recommend this business should you ever need an expedited passport. Staff were all around, AMAZING. Parking lot is super small and shady looking lol. Just park and walk upstairs through the front glass doors. It appears that there is no elevators so for those handicap or can't walk up the stairs, I would call first. The hours show 24/7, but they do in fact have office hours. Hopefully Google Edit will accept my request to update their office hours.

There's also street parking nearby available after rush hour ends for about $2/hr. Security: You will have to go through security to enter the building and that's what causes the line to back up out the door. There is a metal detector to walk through and you put your bag through one - airport style They do make you take all electronics out of your bags. Belts, watches, etc come off but not shoes (thank goodness) . Make sure to leave nail files, lighters, etc in your car Getting to the passport office: The passport office is in the 4th floor. There are 2 sets of elevators so make sure you're waiting for the right one. The lower levels one is on the further end from security. When you get upstairs the guard will check your reservation confirmation and tell you what line to get in. From there it's just showing what they ask at the window then going to the next place they tell you . Other info: Apparently there is somewhere to take passport photos on site for a fee Everyone was very polite and friendly which I wasn't necessarily expecting ! I arrived to the building at 7:40am and was at the 4th floor by about 8:05am. I was done by 8:30am which was actually my appointment time. I recommend arriving early! When I came to pickup my passport at about it 2pm there were no lines anywhere

We used Passports Plus to get our visas for Brazil because the Houston consulate had jurisdiction…read moreover our state (Colorado) but we couldn't travel to Houston to get them ourselves. Because it was such a scary concept, to send your passports and a bunch of personal information, off to a stranger, we called the American Express office in Houston and they referred us to Passports Plus. Overall, they did a great job. The passports arrived sooner than expected and because their website was so thorough, we were able to follow the instructions and didn't have any problems or delays in the processing. My ONLY complaint, and the reason I docked one star, is that the company did absolutely NOTHING to keep up apprised of the status of our order. Not even an email to let us know our passports arrived in their offices safely (we had to get that from our Fedex Tracking number). Or an email confirming our order (the confirmation came back as a printed sheet with our finished passports). Because this is such a nerve wrecking thing to do (mail off your passports), I thought a courtesy email or some kind of tracking system that told you where your passport was in the process would have been nice (i.e. Your passports have been received, Your passports have been delivered to the Brazil Consulate, your passports are on their way back to you.) I had to call up the offices to find out that our passports had been shipped back. But other than that, a great service!
