Hello All: Travisa Houston provided professional services to me and my facily for runciating my Indian Citizenship and obtaining Visa. They have extensive experience dealing with Indian Consulate to get the best benefit for the applicants. Here in this regard I have to appreciate one of the Travisa Official Ms. Sara who is in the processing unit. Ms. Sara has excellent experience in Indian Consulate regulations and her guidance is excellent. Lot of times the respective Visa Service centers raises lot of questions requirements and lack the skill to provide advise to over come such. Ms. Sara not only explains the requirements and also guides the applicants in an excellent and understandable way what to be provided. It is with great respect and honor I am writing this complement for Travisa Houston Texas so that people can be confident about the Consular services via Travisa. I my self had various issues when I was directly dealing with consulate for Indian passport, POI for my kids etc. Recently we became US citizens and had to apply for India eventually we will be applying OCI) during filing the on-line application I made mistake(Since we were filling the visa application first time didn't know specific options for travelling) due to which one of the rep specified i need to redo everything and send the corrected application back. But Mr. Deepak took care of the application process so professionally by guiding me in filling out the application and email singed copy of the application . Mr. Deepak processed the application on the same day and sent it to consulate the next day morning and boom the visa was issued and the packet is on it's way back to my address. This is a true story. I sent my visa application package on Wed 2/1, using FedEx Priority Overnight. It was delivered and received on Thu 2/2. I made a phone call to the Travisa office in Houston to explain my urgency. Of course the rep told me it would get processed usually in 5 days, that's something I was expecting to hear as it's on FAQ. But I got an email notice from Travisa in the morning on Mon 2/6, saying my visa was issued! I got my passport shipped back overnight and received on 2/7. This message is not telling you and does not guarantee that you can get your visa issued in 2 business days as long as you complete and prepare the package as my case. It should always depend on case by case basis. But what I would like to tell you is that Travisa's email notice was always prompt, and this is something you can trust. read more

Travisa took care of me when I needed a Visa for an international trip! Not only did they get they get the Visa process completed very quickly ... they were prompt in keeping me apprised of the status of my Visa application ... from receiving the documents to providing the FedEx tracking info for the return of my Passport and Visa. Israel Gonzalez handled my transaction ... he was very professional, he took several of my phone calls when I had questions, and was patient to make sure I understood and was comfortable with completing all of the appropriate documents. I sent in my application to get a PIO for my family. The whole process was very transparent, efficient and awesome. The tracking system on their website is class. The processing time on the website said: 15 days, it took them 2 days to complete the application processing. WOW! usually indian embassies and associated stuff take a long long time, i am glad they outsourced it to Travisa. Travisa is bound to change that reputation and rewrite the age old "slow indian emabassy" reputation. I had applied for my daughter's visa where i was in the middle of changing the house. Initially i was bit worried about what will happen if the visa arrives after we shift our home. One of my collegue who applied for the visa got it in 3 weeks. I took faith in travisa and applied for the visa and did not expect it to be returned in atleast 3 weeks, but to my surprise the visa stamping was done and the passport was FedExed back to me in 6 working days.... and Travisa i would like to say you guys surpassed my expectation. I had a very good experience with the Travisa Outsourcing company in getting the PIO card for my 1 month old daughter. we sent the application in mail on March 15th and we got the PIO card back on March 23rd. during that time, the website was updated promptly with the tracking status of the application. I believe, if you follow the process mentioned in the website and submit the application documents in that order, there shouldn't be much problem in getting the PIO card. appreciate the good work of the company and good luck in the future... read more

I've been extremely impressed with recent services provided by Travisa Houston. In the past few weeks we've had a family emergency where the processing of OCI cards had to take place very quickly in order to get my relatives to relocate to India.
