They even charged $23.00 for downloading the application, their reason was because the order wasn't submitted online. Topped with a $38.00 for the pre-printed FedEx label...another word if you mail in the application out-of-pocket is $61.00. If you decide go with Travisa make sure you get all the fees upfront. And read the reviews, Travisa is "known" for overcharge and tack on hidden fees.

We did this with Egypt and I think we have a life-changing trip coming up in 2015! My husband and I did ZERO research on Bali before we went, and I think if we had, we would have gotten to do some more off-the-beaten-path activities which we would have enjoyed. When I inquired why there was no notification, the agent told me the booking agent (Lisa at Frosch) was notified as she was the only point of contact on the reservation for changes (such as cancellations). This was very disappointing as if she was the only point of contact (not myself), I would have expected her to let me know before we arrived at the airport so we could make alternative plans. As such, I had to rebook our flight, and as a result lost out on out of pocket expenses for our prepaid Vrbo, rental cars, etc. Upon our return, I reached out to Lisa to get an explanation, and after one week still have had no response. I cannot recommend Frosch, especially when they do not have the common curtesy to at least respond back on what happened with our reservation.
