Obviously, they cook everything fresh to order because the inside of the fries was like lava. The fries were thick-cut and seasoned to perfection. The sandwich was good. I thought some pieces of the steak were a bit tough, and the roll seemed a bit over-steamed or possibly stale. A good sandwich and decent portion, nonetheless. I'm still going 5 stars here. I think Big Mike's is a great choice if you want a hearty, meat-filled sandwich and you happen to be in the area. However, I think you could be happy with another dining option in the Armory, too.
