As I later told my wife, a completely clean car feels at least 20% faster and more agile. You might just chalk that up to my Y chromosome, and I get it, but the fact is that the car feels exactly like it did the day I bought it. Brett and the team deservedly took pride in the great and comfortable environment they provide for both customers and their cars. Maybe it was because my car was only nominally dirty and not a complete mess, but they beat their time estimate considerably.
