Got take out today. 3 carnitas, el pastor, or something else for $12 is not bad. I got the torta el pastor with everything on it and it was really good. The staffs was also super nice. The place was a bit small but the vibes were there. Overall, would come again.

We got a few tacos from here and an order of Chilaquiles. This place is great for the area! Very authentic and flavorful. We got a few different kinds of meats on our tacos and the various toppings and sauces they add are delicious. If we ever have a craving for Mexican, this restaurant would definitely be a great nearby go-to! They have a lot of different options on the menu. Dont forget to bring cash- they prefer it over card ($15 minimum with a fee attached)

Carne vieja e incomible

This restaurant is very comfy. This spot is small but the service and food are good. I tried a burrito and was delicious. My coworkers recommended me to come and visit this place.

Breakfast Tacos - 2 Corn tortillas with refried beans in between, scrambled eggs with chorizo, fresh jalapeños, onions and cilantro.

Authentic Mexican food! I'm Mexican-American, and find the food here as good as the food I have when visiting Mexico. Suggestion: Tlayuda!

The food was flavorful, but it came out cold. Also, the pasta in my Primavera was undercooked and still hard. I think the dish would have been even better with a white sauce. Despite those issues, I'd definitely come back and give it another try because the view is absolutely amazing.

The restaurant itself is attractive, bright, spacious, and decidedly upscale. Although we had made a reservation, it really wasn't necessary on a weekday. The hostess warmly invited us to sit wherever we liked and promptly provided menus and a beverage list. Unfortunately, the service got off to a slow start. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it took quite a while for our server to acknowledge us and take our order. A few more minutes and we were prepared to leave. My dining companion ordered the hamburger, while I chose the Cubano sandwich. Both dishes were attractively presented and quite tasty. The food was definitely the highlight of the experience. Our primary disappointment was the service. The server never formally welcomed us or introduced herself. Given the Bally's brand and the restaurant's upscale appearance, I expected a more polished level of hospitality. Obtaining our check was also a lengthy process. At one point, our server appeared engaged in conversation with the bartender, then walked past our table and disappeared into the kitchen for several minutes. Upon her return, I had to raise my hand to get her attention. To be fair, she was pleasant and courteous, but she wasn't particularly attentive--especially considering that we appeared to be her only active table. I had noticed similar comments about inconsistent service in previous reviews and assumed they reflected busy weekend conditions. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case during our visit. We had considered staying for dessert, but decided against making the additional time investment. Now that I've experienced Bally's Waterfront Restaurant, I don't think I'll be returning.

Once you step in it you don't feel like you are in The Bronx. I chose to sit outdoors since it was a nice breezy afternoon and I felt enchanted by all the garden furniture surrounded by plants under trees. I ordered the pan seared sesame tuna salad and a passion fruit margarita and they were both very good. I also ordered a tiramisu for dessert which was also delicious. De-the server was very friendly, attentive and helpful at the time of ordering- I communicated that it was my first time at the restaurant and she made a few suggestions to assist with my choices. It is definitely a place worth trying.
