Food is fine but the prices are horrible for delivery. Enjoy if you're there; just don't have delivery because they will gouge you.

Excellent restaurant. I've used them several times for takeout and the food is always tasty and they have never forgotten any items.

The restaurant itself is stylish and intimate. The space boasts eye catching decor from neon signs and a mahjong tile doorway to big murals and light fixtures in the form of umbrellas and lanterns. The menu is printed to look and feel like a Hong Kong Hollywood newspaper which I also thought was really cool. The menu here is smaller and more focused than the one at the Kowloon, but I did see that it still offers a handful of the Kowloon's signature dishes. In the case of this restaurant, I definitely feel that the limited menu is essential to producing higher quality dishes. We shared a scorpion bowl cocktail for two, which was served in a cute beckoning cat drinking vessel. For food we got the scallion pancake, the General Gau's chicken and the Brussels sprouts. The food came out about ten minutes after we ordered which initially made me a little bit nervous about the food quality, but once we dug in we could tell that the food was quite fresh. The scallion pancake was nice and crispy on the outside, a little bit chewy on the inside and was served with a ginger sauce for dipping. The Brussels sprouts were prepared Kung Pao style with peanuts and a touch of chili pepper. The General Gau's chicken was fried well, coated in a delightfully sweet and spicy sauce and topped with crispy fried rice noodles. We are just about every morsel on the plates. We knew had to save a little room for dessert here when we saw that they serve a giant chocolate dipped fortune cookie that they smash apart with a mallet right at the table. Served alongside some ice cream, the giant fortune cookie is a super sweet and fun way to finish your time here. Additionally, it came as a pleasant surprise when our check came and it was not quite as high as we were anticipating, especially when you consider that the restaurant is housed inside of a casino. All in all, 9 Dragons left us with a great first impression. A great addition to the Seacoast.

The had free parking available. Our server took our drink order and provided us with a menu as soon as we sat down. My drink was strong and it tasted ok. For an appetizer we went with the wings. We asked for spicy but they weren't very spicy. They were seasoned nicely and were crispy. For my main course, I went with shrimp pad thai. It was good pad thai but after seeing my Hanoi Bone in, I would have to come to try that dish. I love the overall decor of this place. It makes sense why many videos have popped up recently on social media.

It came with a sipping bowl of chicken broth and a dipping sauce. The chicken was not even edible. Extremely chewy and dry .... Not even sure what cut of meat it was. Also, the breading was so thick I could hardly even taste the meat. The rice was fine and the broth was good. But overall, the dish was at best 1.0 out of 5.0. We also ordered chicken wings ... way over sauced and over breaded. There was very little meat on the wings as the quality was again far below standard. My wife had the drunken noodles ... this dish was fine ... but nothing special. This review is an anomaly. I went to Choppystix previously and had the Kha Soi ... it was excellent! And I do not take a negative review lightly. I rarely write them because I only go places where I am confident in the food for the most part ... see my other reviews. But the quality of our meal yesterday was far below what we experienced previously. I know Choppystix can provide excellent quality food and service. They just missed the mark yesterday. Our server was very good ... attentive and prompt. But I typically am not a complainer so she did not have an opportunity to address these issues. The restaurant is spotless and a great vibe.

The place had nice booths for groups and cool bar if you're looking for drinks as well. Looking through the menu we noticed the number of items they had both Vietnamese and Japanese. We were impressed but really just wanted sushi (we'll come back for other items!). My girlfriend got wonton soup and it was amazing! It had some pork strips in there which really enhanced the flavor. And the for sushi I got the Boston Maki and Calamari roll. She got the shrimp tempura roll. The sushi was fantastic and it had us wanting more! If you're looking for a sushi spot (or ramen) in Portsmouth, I highly recommend coming here! Between the large menu, fantastic prices and creatives drinks, it's a great spot for lunch or dinner.

I like how the tables along the walls have their own little hut. Food: DELICIOUS! My family really like it. Other Vietnamese and Japanese food, they also have Lo Mien and Chinese food on their menu. I think it's time they update their menu since it looks like a confused menu. 1. #47 & $80 Hai to Bun thit nuong/2 different vermicelli bowls: Pork/shrimp/eggs rolls and a beef bowl 2. #54 salt & pepper batter shrimp 3. She did her best serving a lot of guests. I highly recommend this place.
