Daniel's the man...very efficient, we could tell he takes great pride in his work...he did a GREAT job cleaning six rooms ...we would definitely ask for Daniel again!! We love the NO CHEMICALS & NO RESIDUE cleaning concept that Zero Rez offers!!!! When I schedule our next appointment for Grout Cleaning with Xiomara who was very informative the first time around about the November Carpet Special ($50 disc.) on any total over $399 & Senior Disc. $19 off on charge of alkaline water. I knew immediately we were in good hands with an Honest company who really cares from Start to Finish. read more

Our carpets look far better than they did. The guy who came worked hard and took his job seriously. You do need to allow time for the carpet to dry but it's well worth it read more

I had to have them come twice and carpet was still not clean. My housekeepers came and with some vinegar and water cleaned my carpet to perfection. I wasted my money on Zerorez. Warning. read more

This company has the worse customer service in the industry. You aren't able to experience it until after the service has been perform. They lure you in with this imaginary "special sauce" cleaning method and turns out it's just water that does not clean at all. Trying to get them to adhere to their 30-day guarantee is a waste of time. This is when they display their arrogance and literally tell you where to go. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I used Zerorez San Diego for the first time in a commercial building where I work. They are awesome and I am completely satisfied. So, when it's time for my rental properties up in Temecula and Murrietta for carpet cleaning, I tried Zerorez too, even it's a different branch. They live up to my expectations. The dispatcher lady is so patient with me when I rescheduled 2 times due to my renter's requests. They did a good job. Jeff, who was from Orange County , as a substitute, did my other property, and I am completely satisfied of the service rendered. Will use them again next time. read more

Got recommended Zerorez but a family member who uses them in San Diego. I can't say I am super impressed. First, you will likely receive very different quotes depending on how you receive them (online, call the local franchise, email) using the same room numbers to calculate. Not sure how this could happen. And when you schedule the appointment with the local franchise, it doesn't seem like they will budge on their quote if it's cheaper from the main company even with an email quote. The local franchise basically said I was misquoted by Zerorez. They also add an alkaline water charge on top of the quote. Why not just incorporate that into the room quote? Seems like they are sneaking it in at the end. The price is substantially higher then any carpet cleaning company I have ever used. But I figured I'd give it a shot. The employee was nice. No real complaints about him. One thing I noticed is that Zerorez does not vacuum prior to cleaning. Every other carpet cleaner I have used vacuums first. Seemed odd. If I knew that I would have vacuumed first. The process was pretty quick. Almost too quick. Other carpet cleaners seemed to spend more time on the cleaning. Despite what the ads say, Zerorez does use pre treatment chemicals on your carpet. I don't know what is mixed in with the water during cleaning. Overall, flooring looks and feels like any other carpet cleaner. Can't say it was worth the extra money. Actually, I almost feel ripped off by the added cost, varying quotes, and pretty standard quality and effort. My advice would be to do your research. I likely won't use Zerorez next time. read more

Great communication and service. My appointment window was between 8-10am and Sergio called at 7:30 saying he'd arrive promptly at 8. He took great care with our sofa, and was very thorough. Update after being contacted: to be clear I asked to pay for a sanitize and a clean to address germs from home being shown. I told Jorge i also hoped it would work for smell too since it's stated on your website that you can do that to various types of tile/ concrete. Jorge also didn't think he could steam the carpets in master bedroom either. He casted so much doubt on what your company actually accomplishes. There was no pet urine or stain anywhere. read more

This is by far the best way to clean carpet. I have been in the flooring industry for years and Zerorez is the only service that gets stains out and they stay out. Highly recommend. read more

Scheduling and choosing what services I wanted couldn't have been easier. Sergio who was our technician called well before to let us know he was on his way and would arrive on time. Sergio arrived right at the beginning of our time window which was the time he said he would. Sergio was very courteous and professional from the start. He immediately did a walk through with me to ensure he knew and understood the areas to be clean and any issues. While conducting the walk through Sergio reviewed and confirmed the requested services on the order with the areas in our home. Sergio explained very clearly what he would be doing, equipment along with any sprays and the water used. He also made sure to explain expectations of stains or areas after being cleaned as we had several pet stains and high traffic areas that were very dirty. He ensured that our home was protected by putting down no slip mats, corner protectors and soft mats where needed. Offered recommendations and options while not upselling or trying to charge us more. Very honest and professional solid work! would recommend and hire again without any doubt. read more

Zerorez Carpet Cleaning Temecula - Before and After - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I rarely use carpet cleaning services because we use our own personal machine to clean the carpet. However, I moved to a larger space and my stairs and entire upstairs is carpet (for now). I called Zerorez for the second time and they responded quickly and arrived early. I forgot my technician name but he did a great job and left my home smelling clean. read more

Pretty darn good job. My son had a really bad bloody nose. Like a pool of blood. I wrote Zerorez and they responded quickly. I was bummed I couldn't get them to come out on a weekend but they worked me into Monday which was great (although I did get charged an emergency fee, being that it was an emergency, I didn't mind, just something to note). Our technician was courteous and friendly. He was professional and was so determined to get the blood stain out. He did a very nice job and I love that the whole process only uses very hot alkaline water. I have 3 kids and 2 dogs so chemical use is out of the question for us. Everything looked amazing while the carpets were wet, like we thought there wasn't a single stain left. But when everything dried, we could see remnants of most of the bad stains. All the little guys and just dirty spots were gone, our carpeted stairs now look INCREDIBLE. They were just dirty from high traffic (we have lots of neighborhood kids that come and play). All in all, I would use them again. I will be calling them to so our hardwood and grout. I docked a star because the blood stain and others are still a little visible. Thank you Eric and Zerorez!!! read more

This has been a terrible experience dealing with this company! The first day they never showed for the appointment. When we called we were told the truck broke down so we had to reschedule. We rescheduled for the next day which was thankfully a Saturday between 12-2pm but never got a phone call. Well they claim they called back on an (844) number but we didn't answer. Now it's 2pm and they sent the driver to a bigger job so we are again unsure about when someone will show up. Called for another eta but since the driver is on a large job he will be delayed. Honestly if my house wasn't turned upside down I would cancel but we have to wait now. I will post a review to see if someone shows and how this turns out but so far not good at all! Still no eta call read more

I called around for quotes and Murrieta Carpet Care was reasonable. I really liked the fact that they are a family owned business so I booked an appointment to get my carpets cleaned. I was able to book an appointment easily and on the day requested. The technician showed up in the allotted time, was well groomed and friendly. When he was finished the carpets were clean and stains gone. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that when he was finished- there was water on the tile floor at the bottom of the stairs which I had to get down and hand clean. I think that should have been something that was done by the technician (clean up after the job). Overall- I would use them again and am pleased with the price and service. read more

Just had 3 rooms cleaned and they look great! The price was fair and they were fast and did a great job. They even got out a stain that had been lingering in our carpet for a couple of years, don't know what it was but its gone now. Hooray! Will definitely use them again. read more

I called Murrieta Carpet Care because of the great Yelp reviews, and I was not disappointed! They showed up on time, and cleaned the carpet for well below what we anticipated. I was seriously impressed with every aspect of their service. Daniel cleaned my carpet and kitchen grout. I could not be happier with both his professionalism, and thoroughness. My carpets were bad...I mean really bad, but he made them look like new. Daniel defiantly takes a great deal of pride in his work, and wasn't satisfied until everything was perfect. I would even go as far as to say that his standards were higher than mine! Oh and great price too! read more

I called Murrieta Carpet Care after coming across them on a Google search. I looked around for other carpet services, but I really wanted to give my business to a family owned local company. I wanted my carpets cleaned kinda right away and because of someone else rescheduling they were able to fit me in. I spoke with Erik who got back to me right away. Their technician Daniel called to let me know his ETA before hand. He came out and was professional and courteous. He walked the house and let me know before hand what the cost was going to be. My carpets really needed cleaning with kids and three pets. They came out great. The carpets were damp after cleaning and he did let me know it would take some time for them to dry. Their price was great compared to some other companies, but then I do only have a one story 3 bdrm house. Overall I would use them again and recommend them. read more

I just had my whole house done by Murrieta Carpet Care for the first time. Daniel did a great job on my carpet and a fabulous job on my tile floors.
