As "different" as the staff might appear, these guys actually cleaned my carpet better than my friends company did a couple years ago... I called them on a Saturday morning after my kid had been puking the night before and stained our carpet and they were able to come out a few hours later to get it done! I moved into a house with tile, so of course the grout was dirty. I sent out for a quote on Yelp and Valley Estate responded first. I have a 1200 sq ft home with tile everywhere but the bedrooms, so it comes out to about 700 sq ft of tile. I was quoted $195 and they charged $350 . I agreed to it because I wanted clean grout. Unfortunately, they didn't even do a good job with that. I came in to inspect the work and they told me that grout it dark when wet. This is true, but only to an extent.
