But I was disappointed during my most recent visit when my cortado was made with cow's milk instead of the almond milk I ordered and paid extra for. I didn't realize until I'd already taken a few sips. The staff were kind and quickly remade the drink, which I appreciated, but I did end up feeling unwell for a few hours afterwards. It's frustrating to pay an upcharge for non-dairy milk and then not receive it, so I hope more care can be taken with orders like this. I also think it's about time that the upcharge for non-dairy milk is reconsidered, even Starbucks is doing it!

Now, for an actual review, the food here is very nice. All I really ate were the avocado toasts because that's all I'm familiar with, but of the two I tried, the supreme queen toast is the best. For service, the people here are very kind and attentive. Very respectful. And helpful, they will not make you feel stupid for having questions or needing a smaller menu (I have very bad vision for a 15 year old...). The ambiance is very nice. People are doing whatever they want or need, and don't care about you. Which is a good thing, especially for people who don't like loud or overwhelming spaces. Being open 24/7 is also very wonderful. They started cleaning around me even though it's advertised as a 24/7 spot, and I was literally the only person there. It just felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. On top of that, they even charged me for water, which caught me off guard. Overall, the vibe didn't feel very welcoming. Maybe I just caught them at a weird time, but between the service and how rushed I felt to leave, it wasn't a great experience.

Muy malo! I ordered popcorn chicken and it was disgusting . I was told it was all white meat chicken but the chicken was actually very tough and it was brown inside. With brown specs? I was told it wouldn't have seasoning but it tasted very much like ginger or something like that. Not to mention dried . I was so sad to have spent $25 of my hard earned money here. I asked what was in the chicken so that I could order something different, a different flavor, because you gotta try everything twice, no? But I was not giving accurate answers. The staff had no clue of what the chicken was seasoned with. Very bad hygiene!!! One girl was holding the blender and ice scoop with one hand while she checked her cell phone with other hand and then laid it right back on the prep counter. Not one staff member was smiling nor did they made me feel welcome the whole time I was in there. One hour. I was able to notice all these because I was in line for a while just to ask about the chicken seasoning. Two other people was in the store during this time. Too sad for my first time experience. Horrible first visit. I get that this place just opened and they were packed. The girl that was the cashier around lunch time looked like she was 15 years old and horrible customer service. This place ran out of fries and wings around noon when I was there and the cashier would say it to some people while they were ordering. For example, I ordered a combo and paid. An after thought after, she said we're out of fries and would forget to tell customers, seriously?! If you already ordered, the guy from the back said they can switch it out for something else... I'm like, but that's not what I paid for. They should put a sign saying out of wings and fries so people don't waste their time. The split tea was all ice and maybe 4 sips of tea. The mango smoothie was salty with no taste, tasted like a frozen salt water slushie. Maybe I'll come back in a few months once this place has their business more together. read more

Colorado has so many tea places now. It is nice that Zero Degree is finally here. There are so many different options besides milk teas. The Strawberry Horchata and Lychee Crush were amazingly refreshing. They even have snacks. Loved the flaming hot Cheetos Elotes. read more

Tonight I met them at Nevería Un Limón and was surprised to learn they're the new owners -- it's only their eighth day in business. Though "nevería" usually means ice cream shop, Nevería Un Limón goes well beyond sweets. The menu includes street tacos, hearty tortas (overstuffed sandwiches on a crunchy roll), antojitos ("little cravings"), hamburgers, a variety of aguas frescas (fresh fruit, water, and sweetener), and, naturally, ice cream. We sampled Guadalajara‑style chicken and al pastor tacos, each served with beans, salsa, onions, cilantro, radishes, and lime -- absolutely delicious. The tortas, one with ham and one with chorizo, were just as noteworthy. We finished with mango and jamaica aguas frescas -- refreshingly perfect. We left impressed and proud of Victor and Pilar. If you're nearby (or headed to/from the airport), it's worth a stop.
