Friendly and Loved the service! Even though it was super busy, the cashier greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. First time experiencing Zero Degrees, so asked the cashier what she suggested, she was really knowledgeable of the menu and suggested a split cup. We ordered salt and pepper popcorn chicken, Hot Cheeto cheese fries, classic elotes, watermelon crush, split cup with Thai tea and Lychee crush, Cookie Monster, and a lychee crush. We got our drinks first, outside of the cups were clean, wiped before we got them so they were sticky. Watermelon crush was refreshing and light. Lychee Crush and Thai tea was a teaser, made us want more. Cookie Monster is a bit too sweet for me, but my son loved it, I suggest it as a dessert. Salt and pepper popcorn chicken was crispy, came with extra crispy fries, celery, and carrots, it was a big portion, I suggest to split it with a friend. The Hot Cheetos cheese fries were so good, lots of cheese and perfect amount of Hot Cheetos which were still crunchie on top, the fries were actually still really crispy under all the toppings. Classic Elotes, yummy! Perfect blend of cheeses, mayo, and corn. I love this place! Was definitely worth the wait. Note that the portion size is big, so if you're not that hungry or have a small stomach, you might want to share an entree. read more

Support smaller business and you will also enjoy the food much more. We got the popcorn chicken, elotes combo, house coffee, mango Nada and the Thai tea with boba. The popcorn chicken was soggy. It felt like frozen chicken they threw and set aside. The elites combo the fries were good but the elopes was very low quality and had no taste. There was no cream or cheese. Elotes outside a gas station tops this 10x over. The drinks were actually very good. The house coffee is something I'd recommend to anyone! The mangonada was good but the mango is very hard to chew. This fusion street food style spot has options ranging from taiwanese style fried chicken to their experimental flavors for their fries. I found this location on Yelp and I was slightly surprised. The location was neat and clean. I had the Asada Fries. I had Asada Fries before from many places and always added extra meat. Well in this case I paid $3 extra for Asada but when I opened it I was highly disappointed because to me it looked like regular portion. I will not go back when though the fries was tasty. read more

I've been dying to try this place. We went around 2 and the lunch rush had died down. The employees were really friendly and professional. The mangonada was really tasty and refreshing. I wouldn't call it authentic so I'm sure some people would be disappointed. The hot Cheeto fries were really tasty. The fries were good themself. The hot Cheetos weren't hot because they were the cheese puffs version. I'd eat it again though. The only thing I was sad about was I didn't get the mason jar with my mangonada. Accidentally made an order at the wrong location on line. Manager didn't care would not refund money. I am a big fan of Zero Degrees and am often in the area of where this location is, but with the complete lack of customer service and understanding given by the manager I will be sure not only to never patron the location but will make sure all who I know, understand how poor the customer service is. Having been in customer service for over 25 years I have come to understand that mistakes happen and that the customer is not always right, but how you handle that situation will make the difference between keeping and loosing customers..... After this initial post, I received a surprise quick response from the owner. The owner was quick to handle the situation with kindness and understanding. I believe in speaking with the owner that they are truly customer service focused and that the lessons they teach their staff will be understood and practiced. I will most def remain a customer. Cool little spot with unique foods. Place was clean and manager was nice and accommodating when the cashier incorrectly took our order. We ordered Thai Milk Tea and Matcha Milk Tea for our drinks and popcorn chicken and chicken wings for our entrees, both included fries. Thai Milk Tra was a bit sweet and lacking in tea flavor. How this place got a high review I don't know. I went in for lunch and got the shrimp middles and a peach green tea. It was HORRIBLE!! The noodles had black stuff all on it like if the pan was not cleaned. They tasted like ramen noodles with NO FLAVOR just chunks of garlic here and there. The tea takes like water even with the mango chucks, mint, chia seeds and boba. No sweetness no nothing. Oh and FYI the elote is made with majo. Only complaint is, like I said I've been here frequently and only during my last visit they gave me a stamp card, I could've filled it up by now if they offered it during my first visit (extremely disappointing)! But otherwise, good staff but could pay a little more attention on the cleanliness of the tables when it gets busy. Zero respect for time. The worker this morning told me my food would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived to find out that they hadn't even started my food. They blamed it on the oil not being heated up (at 11:30) but I've been here before at different times and it's always the same thing. They don't start your order until you arrive. And then the staff is so rude. When I FINALLY got my food 25 minutes after it was supposed to be done, I asked for hot sauce and I was the only one in the store. She told me ok and then proceeded to do other stuff instead of just handing me (the ONLY customer in the restaurant and who had been waiting this whole time) a hot sauce so that I could leave.
