This used to be our favorite boba spot. But after they changed their pos system they might have change their management and staff? The past three times we've gone 1.they make the milk teas taste like pure milk . 2.they over charge us for extra toppings we didn't ask for. 3. The staff is not interpreting the orders correctly. Disappointing because they never offer us refunds or to fix the mistake. Will be looking for a different spot to go to. read more

They have a distinction between no ice options. I got "no ice gap" which is no extra charge but they literally leave a large gap of empty space (see photo). The other no ice option is an extra charge just so that they will fill the drink all the way to the top. This is ridiculous as it just shows that they put ice in the cup and give you less of the actual drink you paid for. read more

I have a sharers near where I live in Honolulu and it is not good. I think the workers in Hawai'i are inexperienced and idk. But here in Arlington, Sharetea is not bad! I was kinda bummed that we would be getting boba from share tea because it was convenient after dinner, but I ordered a mango milk tea with boba and it was better than the other share tea drinks I've had. Maybe I've just been ordering the wrong thing? The menu is a little confusing. I don't know if all drinks come with boba, or like if the default is boba and unless it says it comes with a different topping, then it comes with boba? Idk. The menu is the same in Honolulu. They have milk teas, fruit teas and slushees. My coworkers really like the taro drinks, but I'm more of a classic milk tea kind of girl. The boba was good. I also picked up a handy drink carrier. For $5 it was a rip off. I could get one in taiwan for less than a dollar but because of Covid, I guess this is the best I'm gonna get. Sharetea is always great no matter the city it's located at. I had my usual unsweetened qq happy family milk tea. It tasted like the same usual order I also buy from Austin. Only complaint is that the pickup area sign isn't clear. A girl working just left the drinks without so much giving any indication that our drinks were ready. Why must every sharetea have their own Five Star rewards program though. I have three different rewards programs for the cities I commonly go to that have sharetea: Katy, Austin, and now Arlington. Love their Hokkaido milk tea. And especially their pudding. Idk why. But I've had egg pudding elsewhere. This place is lightly sweet and super soft to where it'll go up the straw easily. Where as the other shops, the egg pudding might be thicker consistency, so it didn't want to travel through the straw as easily. Plus it didn't taste as good. Almost like no flavor at all. This was is delicious. My second choice for toppings is crystal boba. They carried it for a short time and stopped now. I wish they would bring it back since I like to switch up the toppings sometimes. Not many places offer Hokkaido milk tea. It's basically caramel syrup with a hint of toffee taste. This is one of my favs. Although real Hokkaido Milk tea is suppose to be made with Hokkaido milk from japan. This is made with powered creamer (so it's lactose intolerant). Stopped by Sharetea in Arlington, tried the Tiger's Milk Boba. It was really good, it's brown sugar and fresh milk. I wish I had been told it was a smaller size than a regular drink. It came in about a half size with a curved bottom, cute though... like a wine glass. Also, it gets rather warm in here at times. It wasn't super crowded when we got here so I can't blame it on body heat. It's hit and miss on our visits, I don't know if it could be that they are an older structure and took over a business and whatever they do doesn't always seem to work. I decided to check out this boba tea café while I was visiting Texas for a few days. I ordered the Honey Green Tea with boba toppings. I didn't like the taste. I was expecting to get it with milk, but it slipped my mind to say Honey Milk Green Tea. I didn't want to get it re-made since I drank a fourth of it already. I had to dispose of it when I got to the halfway mark because it started to taste watered down. My sister got the Coffee Milk Tea at first and it had a bitter, watery aftertaste. There was no sweetness or coffee flavor taste to it. Therefore, she went to have it re-made and got the regular Milk Tea, free of charge. It wasn't as great as other places I've tried, but in general I am not a fan of regular milk tea. On the other hand, the place looks like a popular place to hangout and meet people. They have many tables and even some board games that people can play as a group in the café. I would try a different drink if I had the chance to go back there since this was my first visit. They definitely need to improve their drink flavors. Some people who comes here on a regular does not know what they are missing at other boba tea places. read more

The place is called shareTEA. Interestingly, my go to drink is actually their coffee, specifically the coffee creama. That creama adds an extra layer of texture to the drink, making it creamy and delicious. In fact, I would recommend getting any of the drinks with creama. Try the black/green/oolong tea creama if you are a tea person. I like to keep the lid sealed to vigorously shake the frothy layer to blend it into the coffee, and then pop in my straw to enjoy. If you order drinks with toppings or have other edibles (e.g. red bean), they provide a cute mini plastic knife to make a small slit on the top lid to fit in a spoon. I give a brownie point for the flexibility to adjust the level of sweetness and ice in your drink. My perfect concoction is 50% sweet and less ice, which gives me a fair amount of content that is not overwhelmed by sweetness. It's located in the same plaza as Jin Korean BBQ. There is plenty of space inside that makes it great for group hangouts. Most importantly, they provide board games...jenga caught my eyes. The workers are fast at making the drinks. I'll definitely be back to change up my daily dose of caffeine. read more

Four thumbs up from my bf and I! I'm glad that another boba joint opened up near UTA. Sharetea has consistently good quality and fair price points when it comes to their drinks. Make the deal sweeter with a punch card; buy 10 drinks and get the next one free~ They have interesting tasting flavors in their teas. I really can't put a finger on it but the flavors are more fruity or just more eccentric compared to the other shops. I would give this establishment 5 stars if their flavors that were advertised tasted like it's traditional counterpart. What I mean by this is that I've tried several flavors (like Wintermelon tea tastes like liquefied Cracker Jacks caramel popcorn imho) and they don't taste that close to their respective things. Idek maybe its the sweeteners they use? W/e I still dig their drinks overall. Try them out! See what I mean. My go to's: Taro milk tea (way diff than any taro flavas!) Oolong milk tea (absolute fav. What a great atmosphere! They offer a good range of drinks but somehow don't have strawberry milk tea... which is a bummer. The wait during the grand opening was extremely long but worth it. We really enjoyed the strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly and a snoop of vanilla ice cream. When you mix everything it's just a great mixture of flavors. The classic black milk tea was good but pretty average. I like that you can customize your drinks sweetness and ice levels. It's a good place to hang out and play some of their games but it does get loud so it wouldn't be a very good study spot. A recommend although most boba places are similar to each other. read more

Do you ever get this odd, restless feeling while you are out taking care of all of your daily tasks? This nagging feeling like something is missing? When I get that feeling I almost always quench it with a fountain Coke Zero or Boba Tea. This day, it was Boba Tea. There are so many of my Yelp friends that have been here, and reviewed. I must confess, Bethany is a bit closer, so I never ventured here. That changed the day that I was shopping at Target and got that feeling I spoke of. I swung by that strange parking lot with the absurdly large dip in the middle. Then I ran into ShareTea. I cannot recall what I ordered now. It was a milk tea, that had a hint of toasted coconut, caramel and toffee. The boba wasn't overpowering, either. I went when things first relaxed in regard to COVID - the tables were folded up, chairs upside down. The young lady at the register was sweet, and the gentlemen baristas were skilled - but no one was wearing a mask or gloves, and I literally saw every one of them touch their face while making or handling my drink. Regardless, it was very good, and affordable too. I concur with my Yelp friends. It can fill that general feeling that we can never really name. read more

I just go to sooo many boba places ( & to those places sooo many times ), that I like to keep rankings of my favs. I update all my boba places :d Sharetea stands to be my favorite boba franchise ( along with a Dallas-owned place name Feng Cha in Richardson ). I go here wayy too often. When I'm in Carrolton, I'd go to the one there as well, despite the many chocies of boba places there. My addiction is the honey milk tea with pearl. I order this pretty much 99.5% of times and I'm sure the workers know me by my honey milk tea addiction. I think the workers are always expecting me to come in with my ritual of honey milk tea. When I don't order that (basically when they're out of honey or I'm not me that day) , it'd be the mango tea creama (50% sweet), coffee milk tea, or oolong milk tea. All of these are with pearl. Sharetea does their boba perfect, I swear - but they give a LOT and it's pretty overwhelming. Das ok. I'm fine with chewing on boba even when my drink is out LOL. The workers here are fine, they're never rude, they just take your order and do their thing. So far I've only tried their QQ Happy Family Milk Tea. I love that you can choose how much ice you want and the level of sweetness. I don't like things too sweet so i think it's awesome you can choose your drink to be 80% , 50% or 30% sweet here. The QQ Happy Family Milk Tea I ordered was 80% sweet with regular amount of ice. It usually comes with red beans, lychee jelly, herb jelly, mini boba/pearl, and pudding.... but I didn't get the red beans. It came out to be really good!!! The only thing I didn't really like was that the lychee jelly was super sweet!!! I mean it tasted better after my drink got watered down at the end.... but I'd probably leave the lychee jelly out next time. Now I know!!!! read more

This was my first time here and it was an easy menu. The price is competitive , around $4.50 each drink with boba. I still had some powder on the edge of the drink, it didn't really bother me. The flavor was right on the money and the boba was still warm and soft. I loved the atmosphere and the ambience. They give you the option to order different kinds of boba or different sizes. Our order was fairly quick. The only thing that took away from the 5 star rating was the price. I could find the same drink at other boba restaurant at a cheaper price. read more

FINALLY!!! Before I was introduced to Gong Cha, I discovered Sharetea in Houston and I was so so so sad that there wasn't one in the DFW area, specifically the Arlington/GP area. As months passed, Shareteas were making their way to the city, but not in a 5-15 minute radius. My prayers have definitely been answered and I'm so ecstatic to see a Sharetea opening up in Arlington! Upon walking in, the ambiance here was a lot more welcoming compared to any other location I have been to. I was greeted politely by the cashier and there were also take out menus available if there was a long line! (Which there was) She took our order, repeated it, and we (my s/o and I) were given our ticket number. Our number was 30 and they were on 26 by the time we found seats. We waited approximately 5-10 minutes and that's totally normal considering the amount of people that were working and very exceptional for all the workers learning drink orders while serving as well. It made us remember how stressful & tedious it was training/working my first weekend of grand opening at a boba shop T~T There are also new boardgames up front at the counter and an indoor fireplace as well! Once my boyfriend got his drink, he said the mini tap was a little clumpy so we both assumed the batch wasn't stirred regularly but that should be kinked out by grand opening weekend. He ordered the wintermelon tea cap/milk foam/milk cap???? LOL (50% sweet) I, myself, am trying to stray away from boba tea bc of how much I drink it regularly, however, I feel like this Sharetea is going to break my streak. ;_; The drinks are just sooo gooood. Came in for grand opening weekend and it was packed even at 9:30pm. I had the pineapple black tea and it was not too sweet. I added lychees Kelly which was the first time I mixed it, so delicious. Interior ambiance is very comfortable and have a cozy feel with the fireplace to the left side. It has this southern design with brick style look. The staff always greeted us with a smile the last 3 times we came in and you are also greeted with another smile when you pick up your drinks. It's the owner himself that hands you the drink. Their drink quality has gone down significantly these past few weeks. I believe it's because there are new staff members that the drinks don't taste the same as it used to. I got the mango green tea with boba and it tasted really off. It was sour and really chunky. The boba also had a fishy(?) after taste to it. The new staff also made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. I went to the soft opening of this cute boba tea shop and they were really busy, but very quick and efficient. I got the classic milk tea (green tea) with boba. Yes I'm basic, but it was delicious! Not too sweet either. My cousin got the strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly and ice cream. It was a pretty drink and tasted yummy too. The staff there were really friendly, patient and helpful! Would definitely recommend. Update: I went again tonight. Super super busy on a Monday night, which is great for them! My friends and I received our drinks in a timely manner. This time I ordered the oolong milk tea with boba. It was good, I definitely want to try the QQ family milk tea drink next time. There's 6 toppings total in that one!
