I've been here four times and every time I go it gets better. The staff is insanely efficient and the drinks come out quite accurate given the speed they can pump them out. Their milk teas are solid. I noticed the consistency is slightly thinner than Bethany's which can be a good thing because it doesn't feel as heavy when you drink it. 80% sweetness is my go to for all of my drinks. I love that ability to customize the levels to your liking. The fruit teas are also really good. I love the kiwi fruit tea with its chunks of kiwi fruit and jelly. The creama coffee was surprisingly addictive. It's not your typical Starbucks iced latte. It's slightly smokey and salty. My mom loved it and she's a tough critic when it comes to coffee. We came in for their grand opening and decided to give this place a try since they had a buy one get one free deal. I ordered the wintermelon milk tea and asked if I could get boba on one drink but the cashier said both drinks had to be the same. Okay understandable but I don't know why she charged me $1 for boba.. I didn't understand why I was getting charged for the boba on the other drink that I didn't even want. Anyways. The drink itself was very sweet so I would suggest always getting it less sweet. The wintermelon milk tea didn't have much flavor since all i could taste was sugar. My boyfriend got the kiwi fruit tea. It was one of their recommended drinks. I personally thought it was just okay. There was bits of kiwi in it. The workers and the owner is very nice. The staff here is great, they're very friendly and make the experience even more enjoyable. The cashier was quick to give me several different recommendations as well. I love coming to Sharetea because it's a convenient location and the drinks are pretty consistently made. What I HATE about this place is they are ALWAYS running out of ingredients. If you like herbal jelly, do not come here in the next couple of weeks because they are out!! And they will be out for a while because they get their stuff from Taipei. We went here tonight and ordered our drinks with herbal jelly. The girl automatically substituted with lychee jelly without even asking if that's okay. Luckily, we read over our order and told her that's not what we ordered. She then proceeded to tell us they were out of herbal jelly and giggled about it and said "yea we always run out of stuff." We left the place without our drinks. This isn't the first time I've walked out empty handed either. The last time they ran out of large cups and gave everyone two small cups. I will not hold two small cups because the business could not manage their own inventories. I will not pay for something that I did not intend to get. So just a warning for those of you wanting to come to Sharetea, they'll probably start running out of ingredients soon. This place has great boba for sure! Their blended ice taro, matcha red bean, and Oreo are all spot on and refreshing especially with this Texas heat. The boba pearls are well done too regarding that their the right chewiness and sweetness. The only downside about this location are the hours on Friday and Saturday. If they closed at 10PM instead of 9PM, it would be a big improvement and other locations in the metroplex that aren't as busy stay open later. This place recently opened up and I had my first drink there yesterday! I always go for the taro milk tea because it's my go-to and I was not disappointed at all. The cups aren't small and they don't overdo on the ice so the prices are fairly reasonable. The service is pretty quick and the EMPLOYEES ARE THE CUTEST PEOPLE EVER!! This location may be hard to see from the street, but it's next to the Chili's so turn in when you see that establishment and you'll find it a few doors down. Large parking lot for all retailers in this shopping center, so easy to find parking. The coffee boba at this location is terrible. I took a sip while walking to my car and almost went in to get a different drink.... but I didn't want to be 'that person.' At least they did not skimp on the boba pearls. read more

However, after all this time, I've been wanting it less and less bc they are so inconsistent. Also what I have noticed is that the girl workers never smile or greet anyone. The guy workers are nicer. I don't feel like coming here anymore. She could've at least waited until we left to express how much she dislikes making it...? You work here??? So I would suggest to get a different job if you hate it that much you'd show it in front of paying customers. I've been gravitating towards Ding Tea more - NEVER encountered rude workers there and the drinks have been consistent. I don't get why the girls here never have good customer service. Another SHARETEA?! Sweet baby Jesus the Lord has answered my prayers. When I heard there was another Sharetea opening in the Aggtown/GP area, I was super excited to try it out. They have the exact same menu as the Plano/Carrollton location and the staff here is super nice! I really liked my visit here! The place is huge, first of all, so no worries about finding a place to sit with my friends. Parking is plentiful and the decor is nice and modern. They were having their soft opening and thankfully, I had been able to try out their tasty drinks during their opening hours! The boba here is great and the tea is quality. If you're looking for different drinks to try, here are my favorites: -Matcha Green Tea Creama -Matcha Green Tea Milk Tea -Hokkiado Milk Tea -Coffee Milk Tea We tried three different drinks and they were all tasty. Since their opening, sharetea has become one of my favorite boba places in the DFW area. The place itself is big and open- perfect to hang out with friends, for a date, or if you're in the need for boba ASAP. Even better, they have a wide variety of board games to play with your friends, family, or a loved one. I usually don't like to stray from a few drinks but I have loved every drink I've had so far. A black milk tea with boba is my usual go to, while I'd also recommend the Okinawa and Hokkaido pearl milk tea! The pricing for their drinks is fairly cheap. They also have a punch card system- that only works for their location, keep in mind- where you can get a free drink after purchasing 10! I have always been given amazing service every time I come in. The workers greet you with a smile and will give you a recommendation if you need one. When you first look at the prices you might wonder why it's a bit more expensive than most other boba places, but no need to fret because their cups are bigger than most other places, so you are getting your monies worth. They have board games to play, so it's a nice place to chill and just hang out if you need to. Staff is nice and helpful. The location is also in a convenient spot since it's close by to other restaurants and even a grocery store (Target). Stepping through the doors, I was immediately greeted and welcomed in by the friendly staff. This place looks a bit small on the outside, but there's a decent amount of comfortable seating inside. As with most boba tea shops, there were plenty of games available ranging from Connect4 to Jenga. I like to compare boba places based on their milk tea, and I'm sad to say I was pretty disappointed with Sharetea. My drink just tasted diluted and there was very little tea taste at all. It felt like I was just drinking watered down milk. I also tried their winter melon tea creama which was a richer take on traditional milk tea. I know drinks may vary based on who ends of making them, but I think consistency is important for places like this. I always get the QQ happy family which is supposed to come with several toppings, but the past few times that I've gone, there has usually been one topping missing. This time, I checked with the cashier after getting my drink because I couldn't taste any lychee jelly. He told me that they ran out and asked if I wanted a sub topping instead. Sharetea has been my favorite boba tea place ever since I've tried it in Asia and I'm ecstatic that they are now invading the Metroplex. I came here for a Friends and Family event the other day and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed at not only the quality of the drinks they made, but also how quickly my drink came out. I expect there to be quality issues with any place that have recently opened, but there was none of that here. I wanted to try something different so elected to go with the Hokkaido Milk Tea and it was amazing! I'm definitely adding that to my rotation along with the Classic Milk Tea, Mango Ice Blended with Ice Cream, and the Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea. Then there was the wait time, which was forgivable considering how long the line was. There must have been 5 people who were in front of me and each ordered around 4 drinks. They called my number after 10 minutes from placing my order. TEN. In a similar setting at KFT I ended up waiting upwards to 30 minutes. They don't mess around when it comes to efficiency here. The entire staff I spoke with were so friendly and made sure they answered all my questions. They definitely know their drinks! Whoever trained these kids how to make these drink deserves a round of applause. They mentioned that their soft opening would start this weekend with the official coming out party happening the following weekend. Ordered the classic black milk tea, it was very good and hits the spot since I came from eating Korean BBQ next door. So the timing for this grand opening couldn't of been better. The drink was sweet yet still has its black tea flavor which corresponded nicely. I commend their efforts at its grand opening since it was slammed and they were still able to get drinks out at a fair amount of time. I waited for about 10-15 minutes but since it was a BOGO special I understand the amount of drinks they would have to prepare. You can't beat the price and the amount of boba here. For $4.60 you can get a large sized cup with nearly double scoops of boba! Love that! Their boba is always on point, never soggy, and enough sweetness. However, drinks are not consistent. I came last week to try the Yelpers' favorite - Honey milk tea, and it didn't wow me (the drink tasted similar to the Classic black milk tea). I notified the workers that I didn't like my drink, they didn't offer to switch it out for a different drink but gave me no attitudes so that was good. After adjusting the honey level, I still didn't want it and they finally switched it out (which they should've done it at the first time so that they could save their time and my time). It was a fun experience, I loved how the workers were showing respect and courtesy towards customers - especially a picky one like me! They have one size only but their drink size is bigger than the usual large for most boba shops. Variety of toppings and lots of different teas. First off there's three locations, Plano, Carrollton, and now Arlington! Crazy how they opened all within the same year. And Arlington's Sharetea is located next to Jin Korean BBQ (aka go get some all you can eat galbi, then walk on over to get some milk tea! a perfect duo) From the outside it looks really small but once you walk in you then notice that it's actually a decent size! Their design/layout is much different from the one in Plano/Carrollton which I applaud them for doing something different. as for the menu it's pretty much the same as all the other Sharetea's so they are always consistent with their drinks! you can get anything from a milk tea to a ice blended smoothie. their most popular drink which is the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea, it has boba, lychee, pudding, and red bean, yes it may sound overwhelming but it provides so many flavors with every sip you take! I went during their Soft Opening weekend (i went friday, saturday, AND sunday because i'm such a fan lol) and every time I went I was welcomed with a smile and as expected my drink tasted great! Best milk tea I've had in a long time. The boba was noticeably fresh and the tea itself was just the right level of sweet--no artificial taste here. (That being said, I may try the 80% sweetness level next time.) You can customize the ice in your order as well. With tax, my classic pearl black milk tea came out to $4.60.
