I love me some Mexican desserts! One of my favorites here has to be the coconut ice cream along with a scoop of queso con fresa. Now if you're unlucky like myself and your top scoop decides to fall just head inside and ask for a cup, they're happy to help you. Prices are reasonable and ice cream is yummy, definitely stop in for some treats.

I am so glad we found this little snack hot spot even though we were not fans of our fried ice cream. It was totally busteling on a Sunday night. We were looking for fried ice cream similar to what you get at Asian restaurants (hot and crunchy) but the texture of this batter was room temperature, thick, and cakey. It wasn't necessarily bad, just not what we were looking for. We also did not like the vanilla ice cream that was used. It seemed to be a cheaper, "yellow" vanilla flavor than "white" vanilla bean flavor I prefer. We may go back to try their fruit cups or Mexican snacks but I won't order the fried ice cream again.

Strolling down the street in my 69 impala, out of nowhere I have an urge for ice cream then bammmmm saw this place and decided to try it. I got couple of variety of paletas and fried ice cream and it is delicious. Fried ice cream is the size of Mandingo ball so you know that's huge. It's a must try place for sure. Definitely will be back to try other items and ice cream flavor when my 70 impala is out of the shop. To be continued...

Great with their customer service, ice cream selection is there although you'd think there would be more of a variety, it's not all ice cream, yummy heat treats too. Nice spot to cool off out of this Texas heat.

Delicious homemade ice cream and elote!! The strawberry ice cream is so flavorful and fluffy. It's the best strawberry ice cream I have ever had. The elote is large, juicy, and you can top it with however much hot sauce and lemon pepper as you'd like. The people are super nice and the prices very reasonable. I'm sad I am only in Arlington for the day, because this is definitely a place I would come to often for snacks and dessert!

Best chamango. The place is clean. You will be greeted with the fresh mango aroma at the door. The mangoes taste excellent every time.

It's really amazing that they are trying to find new ways of inventing cool drinks and foods that people would incest on trying I hope they keep it up and trying to find new new foods so I can try it!

The ice cream she has Oreo and I have strawberry and cafe.

We decided to head over to the ever popular El Arroyo. We were hoping to be able to find a parking spot in their packed parking lot. I say this kindly since El Arroyo is very popular and to plan accordingly. I'm an amputee and there are only two handicapped spaces. Arriving we were optimistic, and we were in luck. We didn't get a handicapped spot but one just as good on the end of a row allowing my lots of room to transfer to my mobility chair. We love El Arroyo's patio, and it was going full blast. The hostess tagged the perfect accessible table for us and had it cleaned and set! We settled in and were greeted with salsa and a basket of piping hot chips. There was an awesome vocalist singing America standards in the background. She was wonderful, I wish I had gotten her name. Ashley, our incredible server, greeted us and took our drink order. It was definitely margarita time. We love their margaritas! They're a must if you're dining at the restaurant. After looking at the menu, my wife and I decided to split an order of chicken fajitas for one. We've found out fajitas for one are perfect for the two of us. The order usually provides at least two fajitas for each of us. So that's what we ordered. This would be the first time we'd ordered fajitas at the restaurant. In a jiff, Ashley delivered our margaritas to the table. She apologized that the food may take a bit longer since it was Friday evening and the restaurant was slammed. We told her we were in no hurry and just wanted to relax. We sat back, munched on chips and salsa and enjoyed the live entertainment. After a reasonable wait, dinner was served! Our chicken fajita entree was delivered smoking and sizzling along with all the necessary sides. Oh my, the fajitas smelled so good. We knew by the smoky smell they were going to be incredible, and YES, they were. They were some of the best chicken fajitas we've ever had. The chicken had just the right amount of marinade on it, and it was grilled to perfection. The side, rice, refried beans, guac and pico, were perfectly prepared and seasoned. To the flour tortillas, they were some of the softest and most tender tortillas we've had. To top the evening's visit off, Ashley, even though she was super busy, took excellent care of us. Thank you, El Arroyo for a relaxing dining experience, superior customer service with a smile, and a pronominal order of chicken fajitas. We'll see you again soon.
