Great location! Fast/friendly helpful service! They greet you right away! My favorite sub here is their original Italian, and I asked if they could heat it up and they did. It was delicious. A huge chip selection, and a huge sandwich selection for everyone. The best experience was that my cream soda was out of carbonation, and they offered me a can while I waited for them to refill the CO2 machine. I went to this location to grab a quick sandwich as closest location to my home got in there. Everybody was nice. I requested my sandwich to go. I live about five minutes from the location whenever I I noticed my sandwich had a bunch of pickles, mayo, and all punched up in the middle of the sandwich. The bread was all soggy, and the sandwich had completely fallen apart within 10 minutes of I contacted the store manager attempts to make them aware that people do have to go home with their food so take that into the staff is not only was disrespectful and rude to me. He did not apologize. He did not offer any kind of resolution. He did not even offer to look up my order. I will never go back to this location ever again nor what I suggest anybody else to go! First off I apologize, I forgot to take photos. We dined in at this location since we were in the area. Normally, with Jersey Mike's we use one of the delivery services. My wife ordered a mini #7, turkey and provolone, that's her favorite wherever we go. I decided on a mini #42, Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak. The store was really busy. My wife's sub came out very quickly. Mine, not so much. By the time I received mine, my wife had finished hers. Now to my sub, I wish I'd remembered to take some photos. It was a total mess, WAY too much sauce. I should have asked for another one, but I'd waited long enough to receive it and was hungry. My wife's turkey sub was just how she liked it, it was perfect. New location in North Arlington about time been waiting for some time. I like Mike's they have great sandwiches good amount of meat and toppings plus I like Mike's Way. The vinegar and oil they put on the sandwich makes the sandwich delicious. My favorite cold sub is the Italian and the Club. They shave the meat in front of you very fresh. I get the mini on white it is plenty for me. As for a hot sandwich the #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak is wonderful. Great amount of meat nice and hot and juicy with great flavor. It is served only 6 inches or footlong. I have never been disappointed with any of the Mike's I have been to. This location is in a very busy center with a lot of food places around. May have to park and walk to the store. Small inside but plenty of seats. Good service nice employees. Plus get the app on your phone you will get points and get a free sub occasionally. It's no secret that I love Jersey Mike's. Their subs are fantastic, the meat is freshly sliced, and they have a lot to choose from. I've ordered from this location for pickup twice in a row and the food was delicious and the consistency I expected from Jersey Mike's. I only taking away a star because the "sweetened" tea was horrible! I was really looking forward to drinking a giant cold sweet tea with my sandwich but instead I got lemony, watery brown liquid that tasted like fountain tea whereas at other locations I have had fresh, actually sweet tea. Wow! If you are looking for a fresh, flavorful sub, stop in at this Jersey Mike's. We ordered The Italian and The Super Sub, both with rosemary Parmesan bread. Wow! It was packed with deli sliced meat at the counter and really fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion. The subs are huge. You can easily split one or eat for two meals. Really friendly staff, too! This was my first time going to a Jersey Mike's and I'm glad I came here first because the staff was super patient with me. I was greeted upon entry and when I made the mistake of not clarifying that I wanted chicken and not beef they quickly corrected the mistake and apologized that they didn't clarify. Always a fan of the #56 Big Kahuna on Rosemary/Parm bread. I guess the grill guy wasn't on it today. Since they were not busy, I did request that they cook the veggies a little longer before cooking the meat. I thought I was clear explaining I wanted some well done veggies and the meat a nice medium rare (didn't happen). The bread was dry and flavorless, even had dry crispy edges.
