Review #8 out of 26 lets go!! I went to this specific location for their lunch special. I had zero degree back prior to covid but that was before they started offering 'real food'. I was excited to come back and try them out. I went and asked the cashier what was the lunch special, she said I could choose any of their combos for $10! I was excited to see they had birria tacos and decided to get that for my lunch special. It came with two sides and a drink, for the drink she said I could get any of their teas, so I got their ubbe horchata. On my side I went with french fries with the regular seasoning and since I was already there, I decided to order a side of kimchi fries. Honestly, i am glad I ordered those Korean fries because they ended up being my favorite thing from this visit. The birria tacos were so sad; the tortilla was semi-warm, the meat could have used more flavor, and they just added a bunch of cilantro and green onions. It came with a side of consume and that was all water! It was so sad because usually the consume is made from the meat when its cooking and used as a dipping sauce. I swear I only got like 10 french fries in my order,r and after I got my order, I realized she never asked me what my second side was, and I put two and two together and figured they were counting the consume of the tacos as a side. WHAT A RIP-OFF! The real star of the show was the side of Korean fries I got. They were $8, but you get a lot of fries with that. It came with a fried egg on top, it had kimchi, it was topped with yum yum sauce or some kind of spicy mayonnaise. It was tossed in some kind of seasoning and I loved all of it. As I said, this was the real star of the show when I ordered because the birria tacos were a joke. , For my drink, I had the Ube Horchata, and it was good, nothing amazing, just good. The restaurant was pretty much empty when I went, and it was clean, with plenty of space to sit down and enjoy your 10 fries from your box combo. Overall, I would say, buyer beware, because they sure like to skimp on that lunch special. I won't be going out of my way to come to this location or any other zero degree because is not worth it. read more

I use to go here all the time with my family. we recently went back to eat and we got there to find out that they don't sell anything on the menu other then the tea and coffee they had no food or boba or any other drinks. very disappointed. when we first got there we went to the cashier at the front to place our order but she was also very rude rolled her eyes multiple time when we asked for different things on the menu before she raised her voice and said all we have is coffee and tea and that is when we decide to take our business elsewhere. safe to say now I understand why I don't see people going there anymore. read more

This place is different but the two drinks we tried were good! The spicy watermelon is the best summer drink. Some Tajin, watermelon, & chamoy all in a slush make the perfect refreshing drink. We tried strawberry cheesecake shake & it was good. I don't recommend the elote & the service isn't that great. Not very friendly but they are back there making drinks & treats. I checked this place out based on the photos and 2 hungry grandkids... These little picky girls loved the chicken bites and tenders and French fries. Nice to find a new spot to take them! I had the Mangolata drink and it was AMAZING! Love the fresh mangoes and great flavor! Quite a few people stopped in for drinks so it must be a good! Staff was friendly and it was very clean. I had heard a lot of buzz around this place so I figured it was time to give it a try. The thai milk tea with sea salt cream was AMAZING. I'm a big thai tea lover and the cream took it to another level. I was a bit underwhelmed by the salt and pepper spicy popcorn chicken and garlic butter sea salt fries. It wasn't bad, but not as good as I was expecting from all the hype. Would return, especially to try some of their other drinks. read more

Ordered at 2:42 pm and waited until 3:12 pm and still no food. There was no customers before me and only one after me and she got her food before me around 2:55 pm. They forgot about me and didn't cook until I asked about my food at 3:12pm. I was the only one seating and waiting and the girl taking order didn't check in with the back at all... she was just on her phone and eating. COVID LOG 2020: Popped in for a takeout lunch- had a really good experience! Everyone working had masks on and were quite friendly! All tables were removed but a bench remained to sit on to wait! Very clean and welcoming for sure. We ordered the crispy shrimp (s&p and buffalo), honey bbq chicken wings and Flamin Hot Cheeto Cheesy Fries. I'd order the shrimp again for sure! Hubs liked the chicken so that's a win too. However, the Flamin hot Cheetos Fries were strange and something we're glad we tried but won't order again. Now for the delicious drinks!!!! Ube Camo Smoothie was Excellent! My 2 year olds loved the purple color and the taste!! The taste is hard to describe; it is not overpowering, but has a mild fruity but not sugary flavor. They loved it and wanted more! The Mangonadas were sooo good. They were balanced with spice and flavor but not over powering, sweet as well as savory with a hint of salt! Really refreshing and tasty! A MUST get!! And lastly the watermelon slushy- watermelon is my absolute favorite fruit and this did not disappoint!!!! I never write negative reviews, but last night my date and I came here around 9pm last night. A first date so we split garlic noodles and dumplings and I tasted a bit of his oreo shake. As of 2pm this afternoon, we are BOTH experiencing unpleasant food poisoning symptoms. I had to text him awkwardly to see if he was having tummy trouble-he 100% agreed. I will never come back. This place was pretty good especially the mango drink . I ordered spicy popcorn chicken but wasn't spicy at all . I ordered spicy jalapeño Elotes but wasn't spicy either and not sure if supposed to have jalapeño or was just flavoring but wasn't there at all . The Eltoes was really good with sweet corn but just missed the HEAT !! Mango drink actually had more spice than anything else and chose the "regular " spice option for that instead of extra like my other items . Gotten better on speed of getting you the food but the service is still bad. Think the manager or owner was there. They took their sweet time to even acknowledge me while just steadily staring at me from the open kitchen door. Then all 5 of them came and didn't speak a word just stared again. I just started talking then cashier started ringing my order. Next customer came they greeted him. I know places are desperate for workers so can't really hold it against them. Horrible service , as soon as you walk in they dont bother to welcome you at all, they stare like if we in a staring contest . I've been here multiple times since Zero has opened. Most of my visits here were delicious & usually pretty great. However, there are some times where the food is just made incorrectly or isn't good. This place use to not disappoint me but I ordered a Green Thai tea and it tasted exactly like spoiled milk.

So so excited about this new location! I had such a great experience here even though it was just their soft opening! The inside was nicely decorated and very spacious. A lot of seatings so it would be great to get some work done here as well. Their customer service was awesome! Everyone was so friendly and they all worked really hard to get your order out ASAP! I ordered the mango tea and Thai tea. It was delicious! It wasn't too sweet either which I love about it. I highly recommend getting it if you're into tea! :) I can't wait to come back on Grand Opening day (this upcoming Saturday and Sunday) to try their other yummy drinks!! Compared to the N. and S. Arlington locations, this place was more open and spacious. Both the seating area and restrooms were very clean. Music was a little bit too loud, but I didn't mind sonce not that many people were there when they just opened anyways. I usually go for the popcorn chicken (spicy of course cause ya girl need that seasoning), but this time my boyfriend and I got something different. Honey BBQ Wings: Not gonna lie ... but it reminded me of Tyson Chicken LOL, probably cause of the flavor. The wings are a bit bigger and plumper than Tyson though. It wasn't too drenched in sauce so the chicken was still crispy. Garlic Butter Shrimp: The shrimp was good. I think what threw me off was the garlic butter sauce on the side because dipping it added another sweetness to it, which wasn't needed in my opinion since shrimp already has a sweetness to itself. I think if I were to get it next time, I would go with the salt and pepper and maybe ask for lime on the side. The rice is jasmine rice so yaas it was sticky. And I love sweet corn. Sea Salt Green Tea: Really got no comment on it since it tastes like any other place to me. You can't go wrong with a basic drink. For those who don't know what sea salt is, it usually is just heavy cream whipped with salt. Boba was soft and sweet. Coffee Horchata: My boyfriend said it was ok. Coffee taste was stronger than the horchata. Not too sweet for his tastebuds. Pricing is decent. Overall it was about $30 (including tip). I think the worker overcharged me though bc the drink that was combined with the box combo was suppose to be an additional $2-3, but the receipt said we paid $4-5 per drink. read more

Do NOT come here. Music is way to loud, we ordered 3 drinks (which none tasted like what was displayed) and a hot Cheetos corn in a cup. The corn was given to me in about 5 mins in a coffee to go cup, the corn was not even half of the cup and it was cold and disgusting. This place is relatively new to the area and still has their Grand Opening signs up. I say this so there is context to my review. First the layout and ordering process: The menus that hang down are too far forward hanging over the counter. I kept having to look at them during my ordering process because of options I chose -- stepping two steps back and bumping into the folks behind me in line. I watched other people do the same. The music was so loud it was hard to have a conversation with my wife. Napkins? Where are the napkins. Well they had some but they were the small square ones got set your drinks on at a bar. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Second the drinks: I had the spicy watermelon drink. It was surprisingly really really good. I want to come back for more of these. Third the food: We both had the crispy chicken with fries. I opted for the butter salt flavor for the chicken and Cajun fries. Both were just MEH... The Cajun was not Cajun at all, no spice or kick. The chicken seasoning was very sweet and really didn't provide much of an additive flavor to the food. Portions where huge, you could almost share one meal. Especially if you get the smoothie combo meal. Fourth the price: Lunch for two was $23. Not bad for what we got in volume. Ordered the shrimp combo box with 1/2 order garlic fries and 1/2 order rice, I've milkshake, classic milk tea. I asked for a sample of the sea salt green tea and I think I only got the sea salt part I have been going here for almost 3 years and it's just gone downhill. My husband and I tried Zero Degrees for the first time yesterday and it was good. I had the popcorn chicken with honey bbq sauce combo with French fries and it was very good. The chicken was juicy and well sauces while the fries were crunchy and not soggy. My husband had the chicken tender combo with fries and a side of garlic butter ( we were charged $0.50). Again the food was great juicy. We also got the XXX hot Cheeto elotes and we were a little disappointed. The elotes was kinda dry and the cup was filled with mostly hot Cheeto. The drinks we had were amazing. Zero Degrees is a little pricey but we will definitely be back for the drinks. read more

Unbelievable. I came one afternoon to order a cucumber limeade (love this drink), and the line was super long. Long line, whatever. But to my surprise, there was only one worker at the cashier who was also working drinks. I know I ordered a fairly quick drink to make, yet it took almost 20 minutes for me to get it after ordering since the cashier had to serve everyone else in the line after me. I've been disappointed everytime and trust me I gave them a try. The mangonada should be banded because I guess they put the candy in the freeze and it nearly cracked my tooth when I tried to bite into it. The drink was not spicy as indicated in the advertisement because there was not enough chamoy and was the wrong chamoy because it was the sweet kind. Talk about a double sweet train there. Two different times I got the Classic Milk Tea and it just taste like a gallon of sugar was mixed into the drink. I actually didnt even finish half of my drink and just threw it in the trash. You really need a sweet option in making these drinks. Why not taste the drink that day and let the customers know if it's really sweet and suggest if they would like more milk or water to lessen the sugar taste. read more

I was really excited when this placed opened up since it looked very appetizing on the Ads. I was disappointed. I ordered two mangonada, wings, with corn, and rice, Fries with cheese and meat. The mangonada didn't even taste like a mangonada. The Chamoy is cheap quality and mangonada was watered down. My husband didn't even finish 1/4 of the drink. The wings taste simple and boring.
