My favorite thing about the hot pot is that everybody gets their own individual pot, and there are many different kinds of broth to choose from everything from a miso base, to a Tom ka base, to a laska base. They even have one that is super spicy. It's basically one price for hot, and you can choose as much meat, pork beef. What have you or you can go back and get a lot of the vegetables, they have noodles they have so many different traditional hot pot additives they even have spices so you can change the broth the way you want it and they have sauces that you can dip your meat in after you've cooked them in the pot, and many different varieties of those. I wound up walking out (the only DFW establishment that I've ever walked out of), particularly when I realized that I more than likely wouldn't be welcomed here if I chose a table to sit at.
