They are open from 12 - 9p which is not ideal for early lunchers but is still good overall. They have 2 ordering tablets as well as the option to order directly with a server. The drinks came out quickly which was great. I had a Dirty Boba which is their take on a brown sugar boba tea. It was delicious and I love that you can customize the sweetness level as well. Overall great experience & will definitely go back!

Can order at kiosk or with employee. You are able to customize your drink, it's very clean and wasn't too noisy. Very nice decor.

Excellent customer service! They are always so friendly and take the time to answer any and all questions. I already have 2 favorites. I switch between the Classic Milk Tea and the Matcha Latte. The husband really likes the Dirty Boba.

    Summer berry & dirty boba

Got the summer berry & the dirty boba. Amazing!!! The place seems very neat and organized and the employees are also very welcoming! 10/10

Wow. One of the best eating experiences I've ever had. Customer service is a score of 200% out of 100%. Kind, patient, informative, Just overall WONDERFUL. It is so nice to encounter lovely people when you're trying something for the first time. In addition, the atmosphere is LOVELY. It feels good to be inside Feng Cha. I had a tiramisu dessert that is probably the best thing I've ever eaten. I'm so looking forward to returning.

They did a horrible job and told us to order the wrongs drink. I thought they would just fix it but they did not. Would not recommend it.

Review #8 out of 26 lets go!!…read more I went to this specific location for their lunch special. I had zero degree back prior to covid but that was before they started offering 'real food'. I was excited to come back and try them out. I went and asked the cashier what was the lunch special, she said I could choose any of their combos for $10! I was excited to see they had birria tacos and decided to get that for my lunch special. It came with two sides and a drink, for the drink she said I could get any of their teas, so I got their ubbe horchata. On my side I went with french fries with the regular seasoning and since I was already there, I decided to order a side of kimchi fries. Honestly, i am glad I ordered those Korean fries because they ended up being my favorite thing from this visit. The birria tacos were so sad; the tortilla was semi-warm, the meat could have used more flavor, and they just added a bunch of cilantro and green onions. It came with a side of consume and that was all water! It was so sad because usually the consume is made from the meat when its cooking and used as a dipping sauce. I swear I only got like 10 french fries in my order,r and after I got my order, I realized she never asked me what my second side was, and I put two and two together and figured they were counting the consume of the tacos as a side. WHAT A RIP-OFF! The real star of the show was the side of Korean fries I got. They were $8, but you get a lot of fries with that. It came with a fried egg on top, it had kimchi, it was topped with yum yum sauce or some kind of spicy mayonnaise. It was tossed in some kind of seasoning and I loved all of it. As I said, this was the real star of the show when I ordered because the birria tacos were a joke. , For my drink, I had the Ube Horchata, and it was good, nothing amazing, just good. The restaurant was pretty much empty when I went, and it was clean, with plenty of space to sit down and enjoy your 10 fries from your box combo. Overall, I would say, buyer beware, because they sure like to skimp on that lunch special. I won't be going out of my way to come to this location or any other zero degree because is not worth it.

I had a couple of questions about the drinks -- like whether taro was similar to ube, and if it was sweet -- and the employee helping me seemed annoyed and uninterested. She stayed on her phone during the interaction, gave me short answers, and made me feel like I was bothering her for simply trying to understand what I was ordering. After she made my drink, I went to put the straw in, and only then was I told that I was supposed to shake it first. When I asked why she didn't mention that before, she replied, "If you drink boba and milk tea, you should know." For context, this is only my second time ever trying boba. Instead of offering helpful info or friendly service, I felt talked down to and dismissed. I was excited to try something new -- but this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth before I even sipped the drink. Hopefully others have a better experience, but I personally won't be returning.

We ordered the pho ga (chicken pho) and ga len mam (chicken platter). - I'm particular when it comes to pho ga, and this one hit the spot. The broth was clean and flavorful. It had a lot of meat and came with wide noodles, which I love. I wish it came with the eggs also, but that's just me. The sauce to dip wasn't my favorite with the pho, but it's because I prefer the ginger fish sauce. - initially I was surprised that the ga len mam was $70, since the picture didn't show a whole chicken. We were very surprised when we saw it come out. Everything was flavorful and the eggs were my favorite. There's sticky rice in the middle that you can eat with the different styled chicken. Overall, we had leftovers for 5 people. Everything was delicious and under $100.

My favorite has to be the sticky rice and hot ginger tofu, it was cooked to perfection. And what every Asian loves to hear "it wasn't too sweet!" My friend really liked their Singaporean style tofu and the hot pandan soy milk! You can tell they use top of the line equipment for their fried tofu because of the density of the tofu. The service was very friendly, they recommended great items and walked us through how each item was prepared. The place is very cute! I can't wait to come back and try the other dishes!
